Luis Torres is the BEST! Best service ever I am new in the US so there's still no credit score or anything and I love the ford edge, but wasn't really sure I'd manage to get it. Luis Torres made it happen, he helped me all through the process, did his best to make it happen really, he even felt something wrong with the ignition and a problem with the window programming, he took me to the lobby (which has free coffee, power bars and trail mixes and soft drinks) and took the car to the service, insisted on changing the battery and reprogramming the windows, so I would have full experience and not need to come back for service again. I've never been happier in my life! More
