Awesome Service The service at Norm Reeves Ford was absolutely the best. I despise shopping, especially for a truck, but they made it easy. The last couple months, The service at Norm Reeves Ford was absolutely the best. I despise shopping, especially for a truck, but they made it easy. The last couple months, a visited several dealerships and who knows how many websites trying to find 'my truck'. A few dealerships almost had the right truck - but they caused me to walk out by being pushy and/or evasive with answers. No such problems at this dealership! Specifically, I worked with Miles. Good man, for sure. He was patient and informative. If he wasn't sure about an answer, he found it for me. He was very personable - friendly but professional. When it came time to make a deal, the negotiations were short and easy (neither side caved or said no; we met in the middle). Then I worked with Fabby on the financing. Another person who is easy to work with! Again, nice, friendly, personable, and professional. As with Miles, no BS at all. She made sure I knew my options and, when I was wavering between two choices, helped me decide which would fit better. Easy! I drove myself to the dealer and ended up with two trucks (my old and my new) to drive home. Miles drove one of them to my place and I set up Uber to get him back. Seriously, who gives this kind of service?? Well, now I know who! I am impressed. While I do not intend to buy another truck for a long time, if the need arises, I'm going back to Norm Reeves Ford. More

No Warranty Work Unless You Bought Here I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion in May and in August I was transferred to Lakewood, within walking distance of this store. They were willing to make an appointment for the oil change, but refused to do the warranty work because I did not purchase the car there! No thank you! I now don't trust you! More

We got in the car and he was knowledgeable and told me things that have made driving my car easier. We got what we wanted and the price was right. He explained it to me since it was for me, even though my husband was there, NO "guy talk" while I stand idle. He turned us over to Victor for our financing who is knowledgeable & has the gift of being able to explain it extremely well. There was no pressure, I didn't leave exhausted, I didn't feel I spent too much, it just really was a good experience. He just sincerely wanted me to understand what I was signing. I went to two dealerships before Norm Reeves, one the used cars were too dirty, I wouldn't test drive. If they didn't take care of them on the lot, I figured they wouldn't stand behind their cars when you drove off with them. The other was a large dealership and I got out of the car after a test drive and my husband asked if I liked the sunroof, and I said I hadn't seen it. We never looked at it, he only discussed finances, I was so uptight and all we discussed was money and my credit. I have already taken my SUV on a run into the Command Center at the recent fires near my home so I could do my Volunteer Ministering; it was great to haul everything we needed and have something so dependable!
