Horrible horrible!!!!Worst customer service These guys don't honor the price. On Thursday I was told the price of C-max $12000, on Friday when I went on to buy the vehicle the price I was told $ These guys don't honor the price. On Thursday I was told the price of C-max $12000, on Friday when I went on to buy the vehicle the price I was told $14700. I had such a bad customer service experience, I was gonna but it with cash. I'd never buy anything from you guys, and also, I am gonna write online review what you guys did to me plus am gonna spread word of mouth also about what you guys did to me. You guys have worst sales staff. The sales guy who was helping me, he was rude and he don't know how to talk and he don't know a thing about sales. I though that am gonna get exceptional sale service. A person who really know the sales wouldn't have let me walked out of the door without making any sales. Unfortunately, I went there twice and I was only disappointed both the times, firstly, by the poor service offered by FERAS AWAD (sales person) he really don't know what he's doing, and he don't know how to talk even, he was literally very very rude. Second, there was a huge discrepancy in price, he don't know or should I say you guys don't know how to honor a price. I was so disappointed with this whole thing that I couldn't even sleep today. I am gonna copy and paste all this in the reviews. Thanks, you guys are doing a great job in running/disappointing/scaring customers away. More
Unwilling to give vehicle a thorough inspection I bring my vehicle into their dealer located in Cerritos all the time attempting to properly fix the same problem. I finally had lost my patience of b I bring my vehicle into their dealer located in Cerritos all the time attempting to properly fix the same problem. I finally had lost my patience of bringing it in but never getting it back fixed. So today on August 27th, 2018 I kindly requested to speak to the manager, Al Garcia. I let him know the issues I was experiencing and I asked him if he could have the technicians give the vehicle a truly thorough inspection. I have friends who are technicians at the dealership and they have personally told me and I quote, “we do the bare minimum unless told otherwise by our manager.” Knowing this, I made it clear to Al Garcia that I wasn’t in a rush to get my vehicle back, all I wanted was it back and properly fixed. He told me he would not be able to give it a thorough inspection. Anyone with business sense and just common sense in customer service knows that’s a grave mistake. It’s saddens me that I have to go out my way now to contact corporate when it could have been an easy “Yes Sir” from Al. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this dealer for service and I definitely believe if Ford cares about their image, they’ll have Al Garcia do another training course in guest relations. More

Not only did she find the car of my wife's dream, she was able to get it at a better price than any of my local dealers in my state. She was an expert in her knowledge of the vehicle, and quick with her documents. Time was not wasted. I flew out to get it, and the paperwork took less than 2 hours. I was on the road and back home in less than 10 hours total time. Listen, I have bought at least 10 vehicles in 25 years, and by far, this was the best service ever. Dealing with Mike O'Conner made it quite comfortable and informative and I left overall impressed. During the past year I have received numerous, and I mean many emails from the service department reminding me to bring the car in for initial complementary oil change and check up. Not knowing, of course, my mileage I can somewhat understand the frequency of notices. So, on Friday 6-8 I had an appointment set up at 11 AM and dealt with Tony Ybarra who first off seemed surprised that I had only 6079 miles on the car after almost 15 months. Then things about your service department began to be questionable when Mr. Ybarra that even though I had an appointment I could expect a wait of 1 1/2 hours. Reluctantly and frankly without a choice I proceeded to the waiting lounge. Two hours later I went back to the service area and found someone who said he would check on my car and returned stating it would be an additional 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, over 2 1/2 hours by then Mr. Ybarra drives up with my car. when I walked over to the car I told him "I will never use this service department again." he looked at me with scorn and flipped my key to me without even the slightest apology or consideration. I am disappointed that my original opinion of your dealership has been tarnished by this but it has. More
Personable, professional and prompt customer service. Our family was seeking to purchase a used replacement vehicle and and found one with outstanding mileage and service history (Carfax provided) through Our family was seeking to purchase a used replacement vehicle and and found one with outstanding mileage and service history (Carfax provided) through Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos On-Line Sales department. Melissa Cervantes was the sales representative who responded to our inquiry and provided us outstanding "Blue Ribbon" service from start to finish and then some. Her prompt and personal initial communications on-line encouraged an in person appointment whereby her same personalized service and forthright answers to our questions were addressed. The vehicle itself captured our attention but it came down to trusting Melissa that sealed the deal. After test driving, shaking hands and signing the purchasing agreement papers, a request was made to pick up the vehicle the next day as it was around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening. Melissa said, "No problem, I can deliver the vehicle to your home later on in the evening after filling up the tank with gas." Wow!, home delivery (within a reasonable distance radius) and a full tank of gas and great service all around?...Now that is "Blue Ribbon" service. Note: As an added bonus, The manager for on-line sales, Mr. Blake, came out personally (twice!) to greet us and express appreciation for shopping at Norm Reeves Ford and to make sure the overall service experience met our satisfaction. Also, the finance manager, Mr. Mendez, stayed well beyond his ending work hours on a Friday evening to expedite the paperwork as we needed this replacement vehicle for our family. Buying a House should be so easy! I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE from this dealership on Sunday, April 15th and I have to say, it was one of the nicest car-buying experiences I have I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE from this dealership on Sunday, April 15th and I have to say, it was one of the nicest car-buying experiences I have ever had (and I'be purchased at least 8 cars in my lifetime). Victor Resendiz, the gentleman who sold me the car was super nice! The words "used car salesman" usually conjures up images of a pushy salesperson who is xxxx-bent on making a quick sale! Victor was nothing like that! I visited the dealership with a specific make and model car that I wanted to see, as it was listed on their website. Victor happily showed me the car and we took it for a test drive. During the test drive he explained all about the car's features. I remember telling him about the car I was currently driving (a 2004 Ford Escape, with lots of upgrades), and he obviously paid attention to the things I told him that I missed in the car I was currently test driving. When we returned to the lot, he asked me if he could show me another car that he thought was more comparable to what I was currently driving (in terms of upgrades), but he warned me up front that it was about $3,000 more than the first car! Even though I was hesitant about the price, I agreed to look at it and he went and brought the car over. He was 100% correct in that the second car was more what I was use to driving and the minute I sat in it I knew it was the one for me. He took me out for a second test drive and pointed out all the features and answered all of my questions! After that test drive, I was even more certain that this was my new car! Once I made the decision to move forward and purchase the car, Victor sat with me and went over all the details of the car again, to be sure that I knew what I was purchasing. He worked with his Finance people to get me the best financing possible, and even though my monthly payment ended up being a bit more than I wanted to spend initially, I got a great car, with really low mileage, for what I think was a very fair price! This is what buying a car should be like. None of the aggressive, hard-sell techniques that are usually associated with car-buying. Just a really nice, knowledgeable and sincere salesperson who really listened to what I was looking for... and helped me find it and make it a reality! THANK YOU VERY MUCH VICTOR!
