Simple issue resolved. After my car alerted me to a low tire pressure in one tire, I brought my car in to get it inspected. I needed a new tire and was informed right away that there was a nail in the tire and it couldn’t be patched. The issue was resolved in just a few hours. Evan, my sales rep, was professional and helpful. I have had terrible experiences with the ford service Dept (although the service reps, particularly, Sean Osborn have always been great) so I was happy this one was uneventful. More

The diagnostic fee was rescinded as it was most likely the programming (tune) rather than something mechanical acting as the culprit to the vehicle’s issues that I was experiencing. In return I used the would be diagnostic fee towards maintenance of my truck. The work was performed in a timely manner, the communication was spot on, and the delivery of my vehicle with the health report was informative. My truck is running as it should following the service performed. Thank you Service Advisor Tony and crew. More

I needed my vehicle as I was heading out of town. I called in the morning as I was told vehicle would be done. Left a message for Anthony who took over for Angel. I did not receive a call to 5:35 pm from him telling me I could pick up my vehicle now but they close at 6:00 pm. As I could not get to the dealership by then, I had to change my schedule on leaving the next day so that I could pick up my vehicle. More
Never told of $220 diagnostic charge I dropped of my car at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos for service. I was getting The Works, and I asked him to take a look the hatch door on my Edge (di I dropped of my car at Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos for service. I was getting The Works, and I asked him to take a look the hatch door on my Edge (didn’t always close). Raymond, the service guy said they would call me and let me know what they found. I read what he wrote up, and I signed the paperwork. Raymond called me to tell me what they found, and the cost to fix it. I declined the repair work because of the cost. When I picked it up, Raymond wasn’t there so someone else helped me. That’s when I found out about the $220 diagnostic charge. Raymond never mentioned the $220 charge, nor did he point it out to me. The guy that helped me only said “Well you signed the paperwork” Shame on me for not fully reading the form I signed, but it was very sneaky and dishonest of Raymond for not pointing it out nor even mentioning it! I hope $220 is worth losing a customer over cuz Norm Reeves has lost me as a customer. FYI - I went elsewhere to get the hatch door fixed. More
