Simple issue resolved. After my car alerted me to a low tire pressure in one tire, I brought my car in to get it inspected. I needed a new tire and was informed right away t After my car alerted me to a low tire pressure in one tire, I brought my car in to get it inspected. I needed a new tire and was informed right away that there was a nail in the tire and it couldn’t be patched. The issue was resolved in just a few hours. Evan, my sales rep, was professional and helpful. I have had terrible experiences with the ford service Dept (although the service reps, particularly, Sean Osborn have always been great) so I was happy this one was uneventful. More
