Very satisfied Called and talked to Juan a day before and let him know exactly what we were looking for. Juan went above and beyond to make sure that we got the deal that we’ve wanted. We were there around 1:30 pm on Sunday and closed our deal with 2019 Ford Explorer at 4:00 pm. Juan has the vehicle washed and cleaned and filled up the gas tank. Norm Reeves make the first month payment for us, which was very nice of them.
