Oil change Had a 8:30 appointment car did not go to service until after 9:00. A lot of cars waiting in the service line. Air bag recall and change of noisy breaks I searched for this ford norm Reeves and my car is lincoln MKZ old model. And Lincoln sent me a recall letter from last year and I kept looking for the nearest ford-lincoln service center. At first last year when I was pregnant I went to ford south gate and we inquire if they are handling air bag recalls for Lincoln and the guy from ford just so very mean and says go back next time put your car on the streets and put a price on it, if we are not buying a new car to think we're just inquiring for air bag recall I know my car is old for 2008 Lincoln MKZ AWD. It's my baby and I bought it in full payment. AND there he was being mean to me and to my hubby. We just drove away and forget about that air bag recall until this year lincoln motors never stop sensitivity me an air bag recall letter. Then I searched online and find a dealer and prayed for it to meet a very nice at least person to accommodate me and my husband. So I searched and found out Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos. And I set an appointment. The lady on the phone sounds very nice and very accommodating. And then Monday I have to bring my Lincoln. At first I have this little fear but then we were welcomed very nicely from the very front door and upto inside the. Ford and showed us to Lincoln service staffs desk. Then here we go we've met Mr. Scott Rhoan we told him our appointment and added some extra problems in my car. Coz first we bring my car to a mechanic to fix my front brakes and they just didn't do the job well and we've paid a lot of money. But then Mr. Scott explained the problem and then I feel this person that I've prayed to help us and we can trust. Then they fix the air bag and the front brakes and no more noise and snow we're saving money for the next repair. It's a lot but it's for me and my family safety. I trust them for my baby lincoln. And someday I will buy car with them. I hope the people will stay the same. I will give Mr. Scott., thank customer service with the same last name I have, the mechanics and excellent job. Thank you all. No one can beat all your help and hospitality and honesty to us customers. I may not be rich but am happy to have good heart and devoted people in norm reeves Lincoln and ford Cerritos. More

TELLS YOU A FALSE APR% FROM THE START i had a bad experience, this DEALER will tell's you a FALSE APR% to begin with, they start to GIVE you a HIGH APR% and tells you that "it is the (FAL i had a bad experience, this DEALER will tell's you a FALSE APR% to begin with, they start to GIVE you a HIGH APR% and tells you that "it is the (FALSE) APR approved by the bank. and when you agreed to the DEAL and go to the FINANCE, HE will then SALEs you a WARRANTY and then deals with you again, so its either you TAKE IT or NOT the FINANCE will tell you that HE will try to talk to bank or find another bank to get you approve with a LOWER APR%, and then comes back with a LOWER APR (NOTE this is the REAL APR% that you got APPROVED from the BANK), the FINANCE will LOWER your APR%, but HE wont change your MONTHLY PAYMENT, and if you asked WHY your MONTHLY hasn't change, HE will tell you thats the MONTHLY PAYMENT you AGREED with.
