Took my car in for rattling and grinding sound. Mechanic hooked it up to a diagnostic and did a very check. Didn't find or fix the problem but charged me $150 for my troubles. More

Your charges included running a diagnostics test and pulling parts out to look at what the problem may be. Upon test driving the vehicle, we could not hear any indication of grinding sounds or rattling, but it is possible that the problem may have set in after leaving our dealership. If you would like to bring it back in, we will gladly run another diagnostic test at no charge to you!
