Horrible customer service We called this dealership about a car we saw online and asked if it was still available. The salesperson said yes so we asked to go see it now. He then replied they are very busy and an appointment would be the best way to go. We set up an appointment for later that day. We arrived only to find the car had just been sold. Why tell us to wait? I guess a sell is a sell for your business. If other people were there interested you should also have told us but don't get our hopes up and we only arrive to be disappointed. I am referring to a King of Cars sweepstakes that had a maximum winning of $25,000. The sweepstakes was from April 5, 2016 to April 9th, 2016. I received their flyer on the 12th. I went ahead and opened the lift up tabs, and discovered I was a winner, or would have been had the flyer been received by me in time. Today, April 16th, 2016 I called just to voice my complaint. The young man on the phone was overly defensive. He blamed ME for not checking my mail? He insinuated there was something wrong with my MAILMAN? Haha, I think I've heard and seen it all. It makes me wonder how many other people throughout the city and surrounding areas have also been receiving winning submissions AFTER the contest expires? I believe there is a law against that behavior. The man I spoke with denied any potential fault, and then when he became so frustrated he referred to the disclaimer on the bottom of the flyer that states the legality of late submissions. Haha, of course they have that....... According to him, they had several winners. I wonder how that's possible, when some were sent AFTER the event. Am I the only one that smells a rat? More

The stupid service guy says "you bought it used"....NO! I did not. He then said well it says here on the sticker that the windows were tinted in Oklahoma..... well the THAT''S WHERE NISSAN OF WF TOOK IT I GUESS! My husband is in the process of leasing a work vehicle there now for the third time, forget that! We will not b back! More

My husband and I were referred to Nissan of Wichita Falls by a friend who said all of her family members buy their cars there. We were literally just beginning to look to purchase a used car. As soon as we stepped out onto the lot to look around we were immediately greeted by a salesperson, Jeff, with a smile. He listened to what we had in mind and said he would be on the lookout. We weren't buyers looking for a brand new expensive sports car or necessarily looking to buy right away and our requests were still taken seriously. Less than four weeks later he sends me a text message saying he has found the EXACT kind of car with EVERYTHING we requested. Two days later we checked out the car and bought it within 72 hours. We didn't even bother going anywhere else after discussing the asking price, condition/amenities, and miles/wear ratio. We were offered the absolute lowest price a dealership with a good reputation could possibly offer from the getgo. We weren't given a ridiculous number to possibly be talked down, we were given a price lower than the prices on ebay motors and cars.com. Both my husband and I had a great experience and tell everyone looking to buy a car to go see Jeff. Jeff provided the BEST customer service either of us has ever had. More

Sam in financing was also awesome in working with the bank to make sure I received the Gap Insurance. The car I test drove and bought was a brand new Nissan Rogue. Greg made sure the car was cleaned and had gas.
