I recently had an outstanding experience with Nissan Irvine. After getting a flat tire, I contacted Nissan Roadside Assistance, which quickly arranged to have my car taken to the dealership. Initially, the technician informed me that replacing the tire would cost around $300 since I was still within the grace period. However, the dealership owner personally went above and beyond, making calls to confirm my coverage. He informed me that my tire replacement would actually be covered up to $250—even before the three-month grace period had fully expired. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my cred experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want. He then told me go pick out whatever color I wanted. . Once I picked out the color in the vehicle that I wanted, it took less than 45 minutes for me to take care of all the paperwork and be in my car happy as can be driving down the road. This dealership went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and requirements, I highly suggest anybody looking for a Nissanto definitely go to this dealership if you want that close family personal experience. Leased a 2024 Nissan Ariya with 1 year of free EvGo charging. Was given a EvGo promocode on the day of the sale. A few weeks later it was determined by EvGo, Nissan of Irvine and the National Ni charging. Was given a EvGo promocode on the day of the sale. A few weeks later it was determined by EvGo, Nissan of Irvine and the National Nissan office that they would not honor the verbal agreement. Went through a State of California DMV mediator. After several weeks of going back in forth via email a $2,000 check was offered. Here's the catch, Fraudulent misrepresentation was conducted on the day of the sale. I had to sign paperwork and absolve the dealership. Ron Campbell is the GM/Owner of the Nissan of Irvine Dealership and refuses to do the right thing. I recommend choosing other Nissan dealers in Southern California. More
