I ran into some familiar faces I remember at the service parts counter from last inquiry on parts. Boy I was jazzed to see the filtered water by the sink to refill my water bottle. BTW I’m returning back soon because my daughter bought a used Nissan-her first car! I know what to get her for Christmas! A Nissan keychain- coz “The Price is Right” However, someone wasn’t around 🧐, He was my GoTo brother, Mark Nutter. I’m sorry I missed him before he retired. Mark was there when I first pulled in with Nissan and was there for me for any questions. I even called him once to ask how the heck to move my steering wheel as I was stuck across the street parallel parked in front of my daughter’s elementary school. That was a first for him- a goofy customer in a bind calls him. Over the years, he’s heard about how my family’s doing, and vice versa. I brought my vehicle in days before Father’s Day. I recently had an outstanding experience with Nissan Irvine. After getting a flat tire, I contacted Nissan Roadside Assistance, which quickly arranged to have my car taken to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by John, as usual, who made me feel right at home. Initially, the technician informed me that replacing the tire would cost around $300 since I was still within the grace period. However, the dealership owner personally went above and beyond, making calls to confirm my coverage. He informed me that my tire replacement would actually be covered up to $250—even before the three-month grace period had fully expired. Their helpfulness, transparency, and genuine care truly impressed me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for phenomenal service and top-notch after-sale care. This experience with Nissan of Irvine has been the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my cred experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new car. I called up Nissan Irvine, and spoke with Keith who is the sales/finance manager and explained my credit situation to him over the phone. He gave me a straight up answer and said that he could get me what I wanted so I went down there sake he ran my credit in 10 minutes later he said you’re approved or exactly what you want and exactly the price you want. He then told me go pick out whatever color I wanted. . Once I picked out the color in the vehicle that I wanted, it took less than 45 minutes for me to take care of all the paperwork and be in my car happy as can be driving down the road. This dealership went above and beyond to meet all my expectations and requirements, I highly suggest anybody looking for a Nissanto definitely go to this dealership if you want that close family personal experience.
