My family and I were greeted with smiles. The showroom staff was very polite. My salesperson's name is Victor Abad and he is amazing. Last year, we went to purchase a Nissan truck with a family member and Victor was our salesperson then as well. No other dealer beat their price. No only that - there was no pressure - that was so refreshing. I had a great experience and my family has had a great service experience with the vehicle purchased last year. Almost forgot to mention that I liked the finance person, but I don't remember her name. Thank you. More

Bought a New Car Via Trucar Dealer is good but service department is tough to work with. Still waiting for new key which was supposed to arrive a week before. Service Departme Dealer is good but service department is tough to work with. Still waiting for new key which was supposed to arrive a week before. Service Department called that new key is arrived when they handed over to me , it was not working. So whenever you visit the service department make sure , you check your vehicle before you leave. Worst Ever Dealer - Do not Trust I bought a new car from this dealer and the car had some issue. I was told that they will detail it later when I come and everything will be fixed as I bought a new car from this dealer and the car had some issue. I was told that they will detail it later when I come and everything will be fixed as this is usual for new cars. Once the sale was over they never fixed the issue. They made me visit their store seven times and never fixed the problem. Every time I went there I was asked to come back at later date. Tried contacting the store manager, he never comes on the phone and never returns back the call. I even sent him written communication and never heard from him. Every time I go to store I am introduced to new person as store manager who would do nothing but ask me to come back. They lie while negotiating the price also. Once you give them the deposit and finalize the deals they will come with hidden costs and then bully you to agree to those costs. In my case they kept coming with new costs every day for three days They tricked me in buying extended coverage and is not cancelling it as they still haven’t got their commission. This is most dishonest car dealer I have ever come across. They are fit to be junk car dealers. I in the process of initiating legal action against them, however thought of writing this review so as to save others from this experience. More
Worst Experience Ever I went to purchase a car new, after I got it I found out the door had been replaced it was a totally different color than the other three and primer s I went to purchase a car new, after I got it I found out the door had been replaced it was a totally different color than the other three and primer still left in the crease of the door,after over a month I found out the car that I traded in had not been paid off so I was still responsible for a car I didn't have! Since I had to exchange cars and they had to swap out car and paper work I can't even make a payment because the loan on the damaged car is still active! Whenever I try to contact the finance manager they just redirect you and say they will call you back or they are with a customer! This is really the worst car buying experience ever! Whatever paperwork that they don't do will fall back on the customer! I am so tired of running back and forth to this place! More
Don't buy a car from this dealer I negotiated a price on a used car, the salesman agreed to fix an electrical issue with the car. I get a call a few days later stating sorry, we can’t repair the vehicle. I later discovered they re-listed the car on their website at a higher price. A month later I found a $1,000 charge on my credit card for the initial down payment. I contacted them to resolve the matter, and they claim I tried to back out of the deal, and didn't refund my money. The account is now in dispute. Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. I purchased a car about 3 weeks ago & I have had multiple problems with this dealership. I paid $498 to have my car detailed inside & out, oil change, & filters changed, but they still have not come multiple problems with this dealership. The manager Joe is extremely rude & even got into an argument with me, in front of my 6yr old son, on the sales floor in front of multiple customers. He wouldn't let me finish saying what I needed to say. He walked away & slammed the door in my face. I have had multiple issues with my vehicle since the day of purchase & they are refusing to fix my car even though I have a warranty through them for 2 months, which came standard, & I have an extended warranty as well. This dealership is the worst & I truly would not recommend this dealership to anybody. SAVE YOUR MONEY & PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!! JOE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST IN THE NISSAN COMPANY & ALL HE WANTS IS YOUR MONEY. HE TELLS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHAT TO FIX & DOES NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE YOU SERVICE RECORDS WHEN YOU ASK FOR THEM, AS IF HE IS TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
