David, their internet salesman, called even though I requested an internet quote. He said that he'd rather do business on the phone. That was my first clue. I said that I would be down the next morning with a bank check for the price he quoted. When I got there after driving over an hour, David was no where to be found and Ryan said that they didn't have the car but would have it in 3 more days. I walked out with the "manager" chasing after me. That was the end of my experience with O'Brien Nissan of Hawthorne. Do not go there More

We purchased a 2010 Nissan Versa from them at a great price. We originaly wanted a 2009 but there were none left in the color that we wanted. This saved me the time from calling around from dealer to dealer to locate the model we wanted with the options we wanted. They honored the price from other car pricing services. They were upfront on all of the negotiations. When considering the other negative reviews, I think that we had a positive experience becasue we were informed consumers and knew excactly what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. All in all I had a positive experience shopping for my car from O'Brien Nissan. More

Bad attitude, they refused to fix my car while the repair was under warranty, as soon as the warranty expired they said the repair should be done. When I brought the car in to have the repairs done they star was under warranty, as soon as the warranty expired they said the repair should be done. The management and ownership of this place are crooks and they will rob you blind if your not carefull. I signed up for two things when I purshased my car for them. Auto theft warranty and road hazard warranty, they never payed those two companies for the warranties and when I tried to file a claim they say they have no record of me because the dealer never payed them. The total amount I was ripped off was about $1,000. Complaints have been filed and legal action will be taken. I have two contracts with their signatures on it. When I tried contacting them they do not return your phone calls. There are better places to buy a car. Stay away from these Crooks! More
