Joe who is the general manager gave us the best deal and then we went to the finance manager Nancy who was very friendly and answered every question we had. we spend there 3 hours total and we were on the road with my new car. Excellent service I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking to get a car to Ayat. so happy overall More

Lies at Every Single Aspect of the Buying Process I'm not sure how much they paid the people to make the positive reviews, but believe everything you read about the negative ones. To begin, we live th I'm not sure how much they paid the people to make the positive reviews, but believe everything you read about the negative ones. To begin, we live three hours away and were drawn, of course, by the low price on Cars.com only to find out when asking about fees, that every rebate possible is applied to the internet price. Quite shady. It added up to a little over $2k in extra added. Knowing that, I still proceeded to drive 3 hours in the rain to see the car because I truly liked it (a used 2012 Volvo) and it had a clean CarFax even with the extra money tacked on. Robert F was the salesman that helped us even though we made the appt with Christina- who along with the other front desk lady were too busy getting everyone's orders for pizza when I walked in. I drove the car and liked it and went on with the buy process, and didn't haggle at all. To make a long and tiresome story short. There were doc fees ($549) and I was told I would have to purchase gap insurance to secure my loan. That is a complete lie. Speaking to the bank Monday- they assured me it was not required. Before signing the sales agreement, I questioned a $2500!! charge. I was told by Nancy in finance, (who I cannot imagine how this woman sleeps at night knowing what she does for a living)- that the $2500 was the gap insurance and there was nothing she could do about it. Well, that was also a complete and utter lie- not only was it not the gap- it was a warranty which was NEVER asked about or mentioned. It is also refundable if you read the fine print. My husband and I have called for three days straight with no one returning our calls. I spoke the salesman who "helped" me with my car- Robert F and he told us he would take care of it. Not. We've not heard one word. The owner and the GMs voice mail boxes are full. Stay away! More

Upon arrival, the list price on the car was north of 26K - odd for a car that has a KBB value of 19K. She was able to haggle a deal of 18.5K with all fees included. We were to get 7K for the car we were trading, making the purchase price 11.5K - good deal....until the paperwork comes out. The loan application stated we were to borrow 18.5K, on top of the 7K for the car, and the 2.5K down payment for a total of 28K for their already overpriced 26K car. Oh yea, and this after waiting 90 minutes from the time they said they were ready to take us. More

After checking out the filthy car with scratches and dents I was told the price I saw online was only for people who were doing the 6.75% financing and after a $3000 down payment. The sales person told me it's in the fine print (lie) and the true price of the car for me (because of paying cash) was $13K vs the online price $6,999. I was furious and felt cheated. The sales person even offered to help me to find a car through her "other" sources. We left and will never return. Buyers stay away. More
