Second time buying from them My second experience was not as good as the first. Was stuck at the dealership from 10 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. First they couldn't fi My second experience was not as good as the first. Was stuck at the dealership from 10 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. First they couldn't find the key to the car we had come to look at (took them an hour to find it) Then when we went to see it, it wasn't even the car we had called about. Turns out that one had been sold so they were trying to push a newer and more expensive model on us. After going back & forth we finally decided to get it, but when they went to do some last minute prep on it, the car turned out to have a cracked bearing so they had to order a part and I am now waiting for them to deliver it to my home (hopefully?) With all this aggravation you would think when I asked them to please have a couple of extra keys made for me (they only had one), that they would jump at the chance to make me happy. All I got from them was we'll see what we can do, Not sure I would return for a third try. More

No deal but they kept my deposit! We were going to trade in one of our cars on Saturday afternoon then decided not to do it by Saturday night. The dealership (Hawthorne Nissan) STILL c We were going to trade in one of our cars on Saturday afternoon then decided not to do it by Saturday night. The dealership (Hawthorne Nissan) STILL charged us a $1000 deposit on the new car but we had never made a deal NOR signed anything for the purchase of a car etc. I've been calling and asking for the refund since Monday morning when I realized they still processed the $1000 even though there is no deal, never was a deal, they didn't even pull my credit to check it--- we didn't even get that far!!! Yet they still charged us. So... I am now fighting 6 days because in the banking world it is now Thursday... to get my $1000 back and each day they tell me that they will credit the card and each day they don't. The THIEVES, CROOKS, & LIARS at Nissan of Hawthorne refuse to refund my money and talk down to me when I am on the phone with them like I am an idiot- from the front desk girl who refuses to call me "Mrs. Cormack" and insists on calling me by my first name that shows up on the caller ID even after when she asked who was calling I said "Mrs Cormack" -- and when she asked for my first name, I said "Mrs.", to the manager who talks to me like I am a powerless woman of the 1940s--- I am not Ethel Merse. There was never a car deal. The guy had the nerve to ask me today on the phone ---before we do this, tell me, what can I do to make the deal better?--- I said THERE IS NO DEAL. and there will never be a deal until I get my $1000 back. I am preparing to file a police report as well as a local negative PR blast about my experience. I have had it. It has gone from ridiculous to absurd. More
