After they said the car would have to be ordered and shipped from Japan, it wound up costing $21K. Why? I'm still not sure. After waiting another week and several hours in the dealership, I finally signed the paperwork and that's where the real nightmare began. As it turns out, the paperwork I signed had the WRONG VIN #. Me, the car buyer, shouldn't have had to worry about that because the dealership should know what the xxxx they are doing! Side note, I've purchased many cars in my time and not once did a dealership get the VIN wrong. Moving on. The only way I found out about this was because the bank called me with concern. Turns out, the dealership crossed out the VIN and wrote in the correct one and then initialed it. I believe that is illegal since you cannot alter a document that I've already signed, especially without telling me. I contacted Nissan USA to explain what happened. They contacted the dealer and Dragan was supposed to call me back, but never did. This dealership is the worst and I would not under any circumstances purchase a vehicle, new or used, from them. Save yourself time and heartache and buy from another dealership. More

I was unlucky to not read the reviews before I went there now I see but too late and everything bad they said here are 100% true. When I've been there for the first time someone called asked for deposit back Craig was yelling on the phone no you'll never get it back call the police if you want. When I told Brian the Salesman that they have bad reviews online he answered that it has been under diffrent managment that's why but it"s a 100% lie because it is worst now and they're just trying to get the trust back with lies. Dragan (Sales manager) the chief devil there with Craig (General manager) the ultimate liar, it was all clear written 60 months $ 398 and change per month after i paid $1.500 deposit, he told me to wait he was going to deal with bank to make it cheaper than 4% APR But that just a game they play to make you believe and put deposit down. I went to pick up the car after 2 weeks which they told me in 3 days i'll have my car and showed me papers for $476mo that we never had that number, I asked them to have my deposit back, Craig said yes then left office came said no i never said that, did you record it show me, show me, nightmare my wife was shivering from frustration and shady games they were playing. I see here some good reviews carefoul they can be from the team or peoples they know they keep asking people to do so after they saw that they screwed everyone went there. More
Worst Car Buying Experience EVER (43 Yrs of Car buying) Worst car buying experience in 43 years of buying. LOVE my Juke, it's the 2nd Juke I've purchased. But this dealership pulled a "bait & switch" on us Worst car buying experience in 43 years of buying. LOVE my Juke, it's the 2nd Juke I've purchased. But this dealership pulled a "bait & switch" on us, car advertised was NOT available when we arrived, even though we called three times to ensure it was there as we had a 2 hour drive to get to the dealership. They then conned us into buying a NEW JUKE (We came to see a 2014 Used Juke) and THEN sent us home to PA with new, 2015 Juke that had no inspection sticker ( illegal) and when we called them about this issue we were told "You didn't pay for an inspection in your contract, you need to go get it inspected", WHAT? It took us an entire day to get the New, 2015 Juke inspected since all the inspection stations thought something was "fishy" (Remember, we only had temporary documents for the new car until the paperwork was processed). None had ever had a brand new car show up for an inspection as "dealerships who sell you the car always take care of that before you leave with the car"...... Took them 8 WEEKS to pay off our trade in. So we had to pay on a new Juke 2015 and continue paying on the 2011 Juke that was traded in (two months of double payments). AND the dealership stopped returning our calls. Because we could not continue to pay on a car we no longer had, we contacted Nissan Corp Customer Relations. They were fantastic in resolving all the issues, but issues were ONLY resolved after Nissan Corp contacted the dealership SEVERAL Times. (Nissan Corp (NOT Hawthorne Nissan) even reimbursed us for the $60 Pennsylvania Inspection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP....... More
Unprofessional! I bought my car from this dealer in March and I negotiated PMA with the deal. When I got home I discovered that they gave me the basic PMA which was nothing. I texted the sales rep that I want a better PMA which he agreed to it as long as I give them 10 in all in Nissan Survey. I agreed. The sales rep texted me so many times to finish the survey and I kept saying I won't do it until you give me the up graded PMA. To make the story short I went to the dealer and while the sales rep giving himself 10's in the survey while I am talking with their Finance manager and getting my PMA. When I went to check something on my new car I discovered that my PMA is worth nothing since Nissan head quarter didn't have it. I reached out to the sales rep who asked me a couple of questions then I never heard back from him. I reached out to Nissan customer service and they are still trying to correct this issue. This has been going on for over two weeks. This is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever worked with! Be careful when you deal with them! More
Great Car, Good Salesperson, Questionable Management I love my car. it was exactly what I wanted. My salesman, AJ, was very helpful and attentive. He tried to get me the best deal possible, but his mana I love my car. it was exactly what I wanted. My salesman, AJ, was very helpful and attentive. He tried to get me the best deal possible, but his manager was pushing him to push products on me that I did not need and raised the cost of the vehicle above the advertised online price. I also was talked into buying a set of all weather mats which I was told included a mat for the cargo area. I questioned this and was assured that my set included a cargo area mat. I was charged $165.00 for the set (a discounted price - they said). When I picked up the mats, only passenger area mats were installed. I was told the cargo area mat would be sent to me (in January). I still have not received it. When I called and spoke to the manager he told me that the mat set does not include a cargo area mat. I said well I must have been overcharged then. He said no the cargo area mats are $195.00. The advertised price online is $125.00. I want my $40.00 back! More

The place is under new management and it was just a great experience. Mike Carter was very professional and thorough. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in just a couple of hours. I also truly LOVE my car! It runs amazing! You never know what your going to get buying a used car, but everything is top notch! No matter where you live, if you want to buy a really good car, I recommend going here because you'll get treated right and find what your looking for. More
1st timer Not such a great experience. Where do I begin the fact that it took me 8 hours to finally leave the dealership with my car or how I arrived to the location for a "scheduled test d Where do I begin the fact that it took me 8 hours to finally leave the dealership with my car or how I arrived to the location for a "scheduled test drive" and the car I was specifically interested in was already sold. I ended up test driving about 2 Jukes and was not happy at all. That is because the original model I wanted was no longer available. I then decided that I wanted to test drive an Altima and a Maxima. Test drove the Altima I was not impressed so then I test drove a Maxima. While I am test driving the Maxima with my fiance the sales guy is telling us all of the features the Maxima SV comes with. One of the features that stuck out the most was the BOSE system. Over and over he kept telling me the car came with a BOSE system and after doing some research I found out that the car I purchased did not have a BOSE system. I even brought car back to the dealership and the sales guy continued to tell me that my car definitely came with BOSE system. After explaining the differences between the sound systems that the Maxima offers he finally admitted that he made a mistake. Now being the customer the sales guy should know what he is selling I shouldn't have to break it down why I know I don't have the BOSE system. The difference in sound is dramatic and it was really a feature I was looking forward to having. So what did Nissan do to try and fix their mistake they offered to put a spoiler on my car for a low cost. My question is why would I want to pay extra for a mistake that Nissan made. Another complaint that I have which is completely unacceptable is that I purchased my car January 17th 2015 it is now February 20th 2015 and I still have not received my registration sticker nor my plates. Basically I've been driving an illegal car around since February 5th since that's when my temporary plate expired. I can honestly say I will never go back again nor will I ever refer them to any of my friends and family. More
