Run as fast as you can This is dealership is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too. I am a very laid back person and it takes a lot for me to be displeased. When I made the deal, my contract stated Nissan would install an automatic starter and pay the last payment of my lease. The day I went to pick up my car, my car wasn't even at the dealership. Someone had to go to Bagota to get it. After waiting an hour it wasn't washed so they had to get it washed. Then, it had less then a half tank of gas. My salesman Rob was supposed to call my about my automatic starter the next day, never called me. I called for over 3 weeks, him, Donna the secretary, Craig the finance manager, or Jimmy the manager never called me back. Not once. Not to mention, the day I left the parking lot my check engine light came on. No one seems to care. I finally went into the dealership very annoyed demanding to speak to Jimmy and he claimed he hasn't called me back because he's trying to run a dealership. Well Jimmy, if you can handle your job, step down and let someone else do it for you. There's plenty of people I need of jobs and are willing to call their customers back. I put a claim into to Nissan customer affairs and still nothing has been resolved. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from Nissan and save yourself. It's more aggravation than it's worth. I would give them no stars if I could. More

The finance guy did the paperwork and said he could not produce the papers that night. The next day we felt something was wrong. When we pushed him for the paperwork after the deal was 24 hours old, we discovered they charged us $3,000.00 more than the agreed upon price. They tried to withhold the paperwork until after the review period so we could not dispute. Craig, the finance guy, pushed the paperwork through and picked up an extra 3 grand on my daughter that only makes a little above minimum wage. Bate and switch? You decide! More

Receptionist is rude and unpleasant woman Before coming into the dealership I had decided to look up a couple of Nissan dealerships near me and check out the reviews. Checking Nissan of Hawtho Before coming into the dealership I had decided to look up a couple of Nissan dealerships near me and check out the reviews. Checking Nissan of Hawthorne's reviews and realizing they weren't that great but pretty nearby my home I decided to call anyway. After being on hold for about 20 minutes I spoke with a unpleasant woman by the name of Brittney who seemed to hate her job by the tone of her voice. She was so arrogant and had no interpersonal skills, maybe untrained -- she wasn't taught prior to filling her position. She then transferred me to a young man named Brian who in other words was absolutely a wonderful person... Despite the young woman's immodest demeanor I agreed to come in. Putting a face to the woman was not difficult at all, there she was on her cellphone while I asked to speak with Brian. I overall did not have a bad experience but the meanfaced woman at the front door threw me off, I did not make a purchase but will be back to see Brian as soon as I am! Thank you Brian if it was not for you I would not be back! More

The salesman, Feras Jaberq was honest and forth right. When I first met with him I told him what I wanted and how much I could afford to spend on a lease. I left a deposit and came back a few days later to sign the final papers and he gave me exactly when he told me he could get me. I was pleasantly surprised that he did not come up with some more expenses. He explained everything and it was an easy process. And the Receptionist was extremely helpful. Looking forward to the end of my lease and going back for another Nissan. More
