We called and Christine and Rosella were very pleasant. 2013 Nissan Altima SL loaded with 26000 miles for $13,998. Certified pre-owned. Price couldn't be beat. Car was selling at almost trade in value. Sales Rep Gary Thompson was very helpful. Test drove the car and loved it. I'm a straight shooter, Gary is a true pro and straight shooter. Sat down to buy car. Dealer added $795 prep fee not on listing. It was not in Internet ad so it was removed. Gary was a true pleasure and a gentleman. Finance ManagerJB (Juan) was the best I ever dealt with. I am a finance professional and he got me a better rate than I expected. No one better. Now why only 3 stars? When they cleaned the car and took off sticker, the dealership ripped the tint on the rear passenger window. The dealership damaged the car. They do not do tinting so I got an estimate $75-$125. I asked if the dealership would assume responsibility. The Sales Manager Enrique absolutely refused crying poverty that he wasn't making money on the car. He admitted that they did the damage, but said he would not pay $100. Very unprofessional. Even JB agreed they should pay. I wasn't going to pass up the deal over $100, but that $100 cost them a 5 star review and probably any referrals More

After MANY hours of shopping many SUV makes at 8 other dealers, Nissan of Hawthorne demonstrated how an auto purchase should be handled. No double talk. No pressure. JUST straight out serve the customer, answer questions and build a relationship. I'll not go elsewhere. Even a quick visit to the service department showed that the core values of the dealership is every where in its operation. The experience I had I wish to have everybody who is planning to have a car with this dealership. The salespersony Louis Martinez was so frendly and helpful through the whole process. They worked out several options with me giving the best deal on all of them, made several recommendations so finally I ended up with leasing. The whole dealership works as a great team substituting each other. What was the most important for me that they did not push me to get the car leaving the final decision for me. The finance department specialists are very experienced guys who made my "check out" quick and hassle free. Thank you, the Nissan of Hawthorne team! More

I bought Nissan rogue premium model 2015 last year with 0% finance. everything was done deal including price negotiation & credit check. Even i paid $3000 down payment .Suppose to take delivery in 3 days as they were overbooked to process my car papers. I was okay with it. When i went to take car they made me sign all papers. after that when i sign finance papers i saw price went up by $1000 then decided. So instead of $31400 it was $32400. When i asked about it they told me that is the price they gave me & i agreed on that price initially. Fortunately i was holding rough paper with salesman written price which was showing $31400 including everything on road price. When i saw them they change statement & told me it is price when i pay cash. I told them from beginning it was finance. When i asked salesperson to confirm that he just simply told me he just forgot to tell me about it. I just backed up from deal. Also they changed the car which initially they wrote while i paid down payment. they wrote vin number on official paper.when I asked they told me they sold that car on saturday. So any how no deal at that time. After 10 days that sales personnel called me & told me to come again so they can offer me in between deal. We agreed for $31900 out the door price including 5 year registration no cost to me & 6 free oil changes. I took car delivery.they told me to collect new number plate & registration papers with 2 weeks. When i went in after two weeks they told me i need to pay around $ 225 for registration fee . I told them they agreed to include 5 year registration with no charge to me. That time they change statement & told me it cost them more than they expected so they will not able to offer me. If i will not pay then they will change it to 1 year. Unfortunately i was in rush & i spent enough time arguing with them on all matters. So i paid that amount. above all instead of 6 free oil change coupon they offered only 3 oil change coupon. The salesperson told me he can not give all six coupons at same time as he need manager approval . So all the time it was stress for me & unpleasant buying experience with Nissan of Hawthorne . Also 2015 Nissan Rogue as many design flows & defects. wiper designs are bad so in snow time you can not keep it upright position for easy clean, It has recall for passenger airbag issues & on long rides aircondition stop blowing air. You need to wait two hours before software for air blow to reset before it start working again. More
