Very patent and willing to work with you-Highly recommended We decided to get our college daughter a car and wanted to keep it within reason. After looking at all the brands, we decided on a 2017 Rogue. Working with Gary Thompson, we were able to get her the Rogue she wanted. Throughout the whole process, Gary was very patient and worked all the different ideas we had with a smile and understanding. Over 2 weeks, we bounced between buying, leasing, 2016, 2017, S level, SV Level and SV with Premium. The only thing that was definite was the color! At no time were Gary or his sales manager, Jimmy, anything but helpful, pleasant, understanding and doing everything to make the deal for us. A very pleasant experience and much different than other dealers and brands. I would tell everyone to shop here More

Terrible dealership service center. I came here for my first service. Oil change and tire rotation. Because this was my first time here I marked my tires to be able to verify that they d I came here for my first service. Oil change and tire rotation. Because this was my first time here I marked my tires to be able to verify that they did the work. After I got the car back I checked and none of my tires were moved. I asked when I called and when I got the paper work if it included a tire rotation. They said yes, even the paperwork says "tires rotated" what a lie. The place is 20 square feet and you sit in a crowded room with other people and the workers' kids standing in the corner while they are working. Ridiculous. It felt like a third world country. The lady in the front told me I had to wait to check in. I asked three separate times why I was still standing there and that I would just come back when it's done. I wanted to go around the corner to grab some food. She just kept saying how backed up they are and to wait. Finally the service writer calls me up and says I'm done. I was livid. After I left and checked my tires I could tell by the horrible service and quality of this place that complaining about it would just cause me more aggravation. So I opted to leave and never have to deal with this sad excuse for a service center. I heard them talking to other customers also and this place is just out to scam every dollar out of every customer that walks in the door. I can't even be sure that they did the oil change now because they didn't do half the work they said they would. More

Before I purchased my 2016 Altima from the kind people at Nissan of Hawthorne, I was really experiencing trouble with my previous vehicle. Being that I am from Long Island and I commute to New York City for work every day, a safe and reliable vehicle was a necessity. I knew my close friend Brian was a salesman at the Hawthorne dealer so I gave him a call. I explained to him my troubles and he was more then willing to help me out. He had me come to the dealer the next day on my day off from work and it was the best choice I have ever made. The crew at Hawthorne really made my experience as stress free as possible and I walked out in a brand new car that very same day. I have had the new car for a little over a month now and already got my first service done and everyone at Hawthorne could not have been more accommodating and helping me get out of my previous car troubles. For once I met a nice young man/car salesman. Yesterday I bought a new Rouge. The salesman Brian Fucci was a polite young guy. I walked in and was prepared to bust chops for the price I wanted. I was surprised to see that I didn't have to wheel and deal as much as I was prepared to do and got a price that made me happy. I might just buy my wife the Altima she wanted.
