Hi josemanzo, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. What you described is extremely concerning - loose lug nuts are a serious safety issue, and this is absolutely not acceptable. We also apologize for the excessive wait time for what should have been a routine oil change. We understand how frustrating and disappointing that must have been.
