The check-in was great. The advisor was kind and professional. I appreciated the text notifications and ease of communication throughout the time my car was there. However, the gentleman who helped me when I picked up my car provided the complete opposite service. He lacked any sort of customer service and was honestly a bit rude. I dropped my car off around 10 am (with an appointment) on my lunch break. My car needed brake fluid replacement, which I am told by other mechanics takes 45 minutes to an hour. I came back over 5 hours la on my lunch break. My car needed brake fluid replacement, which I am told by other mechanics takes 45 minutes to an hour. I came back over 5 hours later after work by Lyft and my car was still not ready. I am not sure they had even started replacing the brake fluid, because I had to then wait over an hour. If I had a choice I would take my car elsewhere but I feel limited as many mechanics will not service EVs. More
