Yo he comprado 4 automóviles en su agencia, y siempre he llevado mis autos a servicio ahí, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear en dos ocaciones anteriores se olvidaron de que yo estaba ahí y hasta que tuve que ir a ver qué pasaba y me dijeron que se había ido una persona y no sabían porque no me avisó de que mi coche estaba listo una hora y cuarto antes. La verdad estoy pensando en cambiarme a Rose ville o a Folsom para que se me atienda mejor y también ver los costos que ya es muy caro en agencia el servicio. El servicio debería ser mejor cuando llevas tu carro a reparar que cuando vas a comprarlo. Cuando vas a comprar tienes a 5 vendedores listos y te ofrecen su mejor imagen como empresa, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Las últimas cuatro ocaciones en que he llevado cualquier de mis coches Nissan a servicio has sido malos y muy caros. Mi calificación para Agencia es ventas 10, servicio 5 y esto no es muy halagador para Ustedes.
