I found it is Hard trying to get ahold of someone in the Service Dept. V is who called me when my car was towed in and I tried to call her back that same day and on the day after and on the day I got a text Service Dept. V is who called me when my car was towed in and I tried to call her back that same day and on the day after and on the day I got a text from her that my car was ready and it was very hard to get ahold of her to talk to her about my car. On the text I got from her that the car was ready, I texted her to call me back and she did and that is how I was able to talk to her on that day. With what was wrong (lamp stop) with my car, the issue and part had been fixed a year and a half ago and the issue/part had issues again and I had to tow the car in to get it fixed. I was told the part/issue only had a one year warranty/guarantee so it was not under warranty to the repair it had a year and a half ago. This should not happen so quick to having it repaired Again so fast to this issue of the lamp stop part. More
