BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!! Purchased a BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!! Purchased a 2011 KIA Optima approximately 4 weeks ago after the sale of the car I noticed that the car wa BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!!! Purchased a 2011 KIA Optima approximately 4 weeks ago after the sale of the car I noticed that the car was on EMPTY I then inquired about it not having gas in it and the sales associate stated that they DO NOT FILL UP USED CARS as this was a common practice at their dealership I said OK and left when I went to tag office I had difficulty obtaining my tag due to dealership not having a current emissions testing on file I went back to the dealership and was told by management that as a courtesy for my inconvenience I would receive a FULL TANK OF GAS and the personnel signed that exact statement on his business card told me to come back whenever I wanted to receive the fill up. I went back to the dealership two weeks later on 3/19/2014 only to be told that I was only going to be able to receive a maximum of 20.00 and that the person that authorized this promise had no business doing such they asked for proof when I provided proof the Assistant Sales Mgr and the Finance Mgr along with approximately 4 other salesmen remained on the OPEN sales floor debating the fill up there were customers on the sales floor and others passing by it was very unprofessional and they still did not honor the fill-up as promised they eventually put 30.00 in the car ... Wow I will never recommend that anyone come here to purchase a vehicle In my opinion a little loss can bring about great profits but not in this case I will bad mouth them to any and everyone and in the future take my business elsewhere... We drove from Marietta and went 4 times to the dealership, very interested in a nice (used) car there. We made an offer, they countered, we agreed. We told them we wanted our mechanic to check it dealership, very interested in a nice (used) car there. We made an offer, they countered, we agreed. We told them we wanted our mechanic to check it out to seal the deal. They said okay. The day we came to get the car to take to our mechanic, we waited and waited, starting to wonder what was wrong. Salesman came back and told us that a buyer had offered them $1,000 over their asking price. If we still wanted the car, we would have to pay their asking price! What happened to the previously agreed-upon price?!?!? There are some things in life more important than the almighty buck...like integrity and your reputation!!!! This place has no integrity or honesty about them; it's a typical can't-trust car dealership. Things were just "off" there and our gut told us something wasn't right. So, guess what? A few weeks now past that incident, that same car is still for sale on their website!!! Hmmmm, was someone lying to us? Did they decide that we would be getting too-good of a deal?? If I were you and you want a Nissan, there are other Nissan dealerships to go to--do it! Maybe the other ones are honest. Something I noticed about their reviews.... They are good 1-2 years ago and the recent ones are bad. Have they changed managers of something since that time? Is that why this dealership has BAD reviews now? I don't know, but I would never recommend them! Go elsewhere!!! More
This dealership has the worst customer service. I'm trying to resolve my tag and title paperwork but no one cares to respond back to me. No feedback in a timely fashion and with proper assistance. Since the car was being purchased in my husband's name, I felt that I was ignored. We finally made the purchase and the salesman left to get gas and was gone for 30 minutes. Nobody paid us any atte name, I felt that I was ignored. We finally made the purchase and the salesman left to get gas and was gone for 30 minutes. Nobody paid us any attention, even when we asked if they could try to get in touch with him. Terrible weather was moving in and we had to drive almost 2 hours to get home. We were not expecting to be standing around while the dealership closed. When we called the dealership after the purchase, there are several different menus you have to listen to before you can talk to a person. When we went to register the car, the dealership had not submitted the paperwork, so we had to call to get that handled. They did send us a $20 check for the late fee with the DMV, which would have been fine if it weren't for the other problems. It has been over a month since our car purchase, and we are still waiting to get the spare key. They did send us somebody else's car information packet with the owner's manual and the dealership checklist. I hope that person will eventually get their information. When we first entered the dealership, I felt that it was loud and disorganized. I should have gone with my gut reaction. More
At first every thing was going smooth they took all my info to get me approved. It was a little bit of back and forth over the phone but I finally went down to dealer ship. First visit was nice the told info to get me approved. It was a little bit of back and forth over the phone but I finally went down to dealer ship. First visit was nice the told me I was approved for 17000 and need to put down 1000 and I could do half now and remainder within 21 days, and also my monthly woild be no more than 425. They didnt have a car I liked that day so I returned 3 days later to pic out a car from the incoming inventory. That's when it went all down hill. A car I wanted the first visit that I told was sold was still there marked up to a higher price. The cars that were to be coming in at the price point I was looking for didn't exist. When I finally picked out a car the marked the price day up my down payment tripled and my monthly payment was crazy. I was ther 2 hours till I finally walked out. They were so full of it. Instead of being honest and telling me what it would to get me financed realistically they baited me in and switched on me I would not recommend anyone go there at all More
This was my first car purchase. I went into the dealership to test drive a nissan versa, to see if it would be a car I was interested in. I never got a chance to even test drive it. They let me t dealership to test drive a nissan versa, to see if it would be a car I was interested in. I never got a chance to even test drive it. They let me test drive a Toyota Yaris. However, there was no gas in it and I was only able to go about half a mile and had to turn around. Then they tried to push a 2008 HHR on me that had over 100k miles on it, that I couldn't even test drive because the porter conveniently had the keys. (The sent the car to wholesale the very next day) They refused to let me see the carfax report stating I couldn't see them unless I was sure I wanted to purchas ethe car because they had t pay to pull it. Interestingly enough the dealership I purchased my car from (Team Nissan of Lithia Springs) had a carfax available for all of there cars available at the click of a button in their system. They were bullies and I have told all of my friends about my horrible experience there. I think it is unfair that a salesman would start out friendly and when I wouldn't commit to what he wanted me to buy, would become so rude. More
I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima only to realize at the end of the sale that my interest rate was more than I wanted to pay. The agent Linda assured me that she could get me in a vehicle at the rate I was end of the sale that my interest rate was more than I wanted to pay. The agent Linda assured me that she could get me in a vehicle at the rate I was looking to purchase for, but because I was without a vehicle and had a small child to transport back and forth to school, I was in desperate need of a vehicle and continued with the sale apprehensively. The finance agent Marquis sold me a gap policy stating that it would cover my monthly note in the event I lost my job, which I recently found out was not true. Each time I have contacted Nissan of Union City's sales dept., I have been transferred all over without getting any issue resolved. They have the ABSOLUTE WORSE service that I have ever encountered. I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a piece of gum, let alone a vehicle from this establishment. I have purchased two new vehicles in my lifetime and have NEVER encountered the type of unprofessional service given by these people. They are a bunch of rip off artists who have mastered taking advantage of people. More

We made a deal on a new car and I wrote a check for the down payment. After working with finance manager they could not get payments quite where we needed them. Edward was to destroy our $1500 check but in down payment. After working with finance manager they could not get payments quite where we needed them. Edward was to destroy our $1500 check but instead it got deposited and we incurred about $100 in bank fees since we didn't know it was coming thru the bank. The dealership accepted fault but has yet to reimburse us for the fees we incurred and the management will not call us back. When I call they say "James was supposed to handle that but James is off today". I can never catch the GM there either. I have faxed all the paperwork from my bank as they requested but they will not follow through. I'd never recommend them now that I see their treatment of customers, especially those who do not purchase from them. More
