I'm sure I'm gonna get another car, but I'm probably not gonna come back here or send anyone else here to get theirs. Yes. . . I did say anyone ELSE. Don't YOU make that mistake either, PLEASE. Their so called "refferal program" is a JOKE. I made the horrible mistake of reffering TWO people to this dealership who BOTH bought cars on THAT SAME DAY and my husband and I have YET to obtain our "refferal bonus". That was back in Febuary. We are now approaching MAY. We referred them not knowing what WE were about to go through. If we would have known, we would have sent them elsewhere, trust me. Oh, and don't worry about calling and leaving messages, they will NEVER call you back. So hopefully you don't live too far from Union City because every single issue you have has to be handled in person. . . Right after you wait a long time to be seen. Our salesman was nice, very professional, but made promises that he apparently wasn't supposed to make, and couldn't deliver on. We bought a used car, and it was extremely overpriced, so my hubby and I thought that with it being so high, it wouldn't make sense. The only thing that made us not completely walk away from the deal is that we were promised an in-dash back up camera installed. Apparently he wasn't supposed to promise us that because we had to go through quite some hoops to get it. They wanted to install a back up camera, with the tiny bubble screen to attach to the rearview mirror (like that in ANY lifetime, is considered SAFE). But of course we declined because that was NOT what we were promised. When I finally did get it installed by their third party install guy, my In-dash, the radio, and the edges of my door panel are coming out. . .and STILL ARE TO THIS DAY. Why? Because it's a pain getting anyone to correct their mistakes, the install guy is either fully booked or out of town. I chocked this up to maybe it's us. Maybe were just being picky for wanting quality services done from people who knew what they were doing. Until it took the dealership almost 45 days to process the info for us to get our tag. A temporary tag only lasts 30 days. We had to ask the tag office for an extension because the dealership was dragging their feet on processing our tag info. Then when we got to the tag office, we find out that the dealership sold us a car and hadn't done any emissions on it, which should have been done to prior to our purchase. By this time, I didn't know if I should laugh at this situation, or cry from disappointment, I just couldn't believe I was going through all this. . .and this was my very FIRST real car buying experience from a professional dealership. But I digress. I think I will just go back to buying from private owners. Nissan of Union City, you have truly disappointed me. I will not be returning. More

Worst car buying experience ever!! All these people care about is how much of a down payment you can leave. There unethical and have the worst customer service I have ever seen at a dea All these people care about is how much of a down payment you can leave. There unethical and have the worst customer service I have ever seen at a dealership. They do bad deals period. I went to purchase a new vehicle and to make a long story short. A week later the bank called me and said I need to return the car back to Nissan because they can't approve my loan because my income did not match what the dealership sent them. Excuse me!!!! Are you kidding me. From the beginning I never produced any income for them to verify so what could they have sent the bank? I returned the car. And I still have not received my deposit back. After making several attempts to contact them via phone and email ( no one ever responds) I'm still waiting on my money. Now I was told the general manager has to sign off on my check.. I had no problem giving them my money but it's going on days now and I'm still waiting on mine. I will never recommend this place. I will go to a real dealership in the future. With customer service driven people. Honestly the only good thing I can say is some of the people there truly from the heart mean well. Like Terell Riley in customer service. Walter in finance, and Jwon a sales rep. But I went to Nissan to buy a car not rent one!!! I was warned from a friend not to deal with this place but I will give anyone a chance..lesson learned.. Not honest and they are unprofessional I have previously purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and had some reservations and that feeling of being taken. However, I went back I have previously purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and had some reservations and that feeling of being taken. However, I went back to the dealership again as a committed customer but this time I was REALLY taken. I purchased a used SUV that was listed as 4WD only for my Insurance company to tell me that it is a 2WD. All the paperwork I received from Nissan of Union City stated that the vehicle is a 4WD. I contacted Nissan USA just to check using the vehicle's VIN number, they also confirmed to me that the vehicle is a 2WD. I contacted Nissan of Union City the sales people whom I dealt with they told me that it was a mistake and that they do not sell 4WDs. Meanwhile, all the paperwork for the purchase of the shabby SUV they sold me says 4WD. I have made several attempts to contact Nissan of Union City, the sales people with whom I dealt with have refused taking my calls. I have written a formal letter to the dealership attention of the general manager but I have been totally ignored. I am left with falsified paperwork and the shabby and roughly used 2WD SUV that I was sold. This vehicle is a safety hazard for me to drive in various parts of the country that I visit frequently. I need the dealership to contact me for a resolution as soon as possible. As a third time repeat customer I am completely disappointed at being lied to and having to pay so much money for a vehicle that is worth considerably less. I have also noticed a troubling noise coming from the steering wheel. More

He was strai I would recommend this dealership as long as Toby Rivers is employed there because he made my faith in dealerships back in good standing. He was straight up and did not turn or hide corners just to make a deal. The process was smooth and easy, and I still can't believe I was able to buy a car. I had some very challenging credit issues, and was not able to get an approval else where, but Toby Rivers was great and he even picked me up in the vehicle I purchased. PLEASE SEE TOBY RIVERS AT NISSAN OF UNION CITY if you want honesty and a good deal. Thank you, Tonja R. More

This has happened never before in my experience of over 60 years. Mind you, this was not a detailed wash/vacuum, but is was appreciated none the same. They're committing Financial/Financing Fraud I am writing this review for my Mother and Step-Father (Vietnam Vet with PTSD, Prostate Cancer Survivor who is ailing). It's very Providential Not Co I am writing this review for my Mother and Step-Father (Vietnam Vet with PTSD, Prostate Cancer Survivor who is ailing). It's very Providential Not Coincidental that the very first Rating that I read involved some minor Maintenance Issues plus the Financing of the vehicle. They purchased a Nissan Altima S 2014. Unbeknownst to them, their vehicle was just financed on today, October 28, 2015 (per the Finance Company) because the Finance Department at the Dealership sent in paperwork for $20k worth of financing; however, when the Finance Company researched the car's VIN#, it was a different model and $5k less! The Dealership called my Step-Father (whom has some Memory Issues due to Anemia from his Cancer and its treatment) several times for the past 2 weeks asking him "to come back to the dealership which is @60 miles away one-way to sign some more paperwork." My Mother, the Savvy person she is, kept stalling due to the fact that when she called to investigate what paperwork wasn't signed- she said the paperwork was in order and every place that needed a signature or initials had been numbered and squared, no one could answer her questions. So, they haven't returned. Today, October 28, 2015, she found out the truth from the Financing Company's Representative that the car financed is $5k less than what the paperwork given to them stated! They're brakes have also been squeaking since they purchased the vehicle and no recourse! Something needs to be done about this as I'm now positive that this has become Common Practice to this Dealership- and the key players (being that the financing comes from different companies in different states) have committed both Federal and State Crimes.... and I'm just the very one to make sure that they're exposed. Get ready..... I have Channel 2 on speed dial plus others. More
