My salesman was Tom St. Martin. He gave top notch customer service and it was my pleasure meeting and doing business with him. I had been shopping around at several different dealerships and I'm proud to say that I chose Nissan Of Union City!! I would like to personally recommend Tom St. Martin and the Nissan of Union City team to anyone looking to buy a commercial or personal vehicle! He made my car buying experience a pleasant experience. I actually left with my new car and I felt like I've gained a new friend! Nissan of Union City has the BEST customer service of any dealership I've visited in the past and the friendliest staff members! I would also like to give a "shout out" to the gentleman in the finance department, Marquise. They actually stayed after hours to make sure we walked away with the signed documents that night! We made a deal on a new car and I wrote a check for the down payment. After working with finance manager they could not get payments quite where we needed them. Edward was to destroy our $1500 check but in down payment. After working with finance manager they could not get payments quite where we needed them. Edward was to destroy our $1500 check but instead it got deposited and we incurred about $100 in bank fees since we didn't know it was coming thru the bank. The dealership accepted fault but has yet to reimburse us for the fees we incurred and the management will not call us back. When I call they say "James was supposed to handle that but James is off today". I can never catch the GM there either. I have faxed all the paperwork from my bank as they requested but they will not follow through. I'd never recommend them now that I see their treatment of customers, especially those who do not purchase from them. More

I am giving a great rating because I got a car and because I would recommend this Dealership. It was not what I wanted nor did the Salesperson try to get me what I wanted. While shopping for a car, the car I picked was sold after I test drove it and was under the impression that it was the one I was to purchase (It definitely was the one I wanted) only to learn that the Salesperson allowed it to be sold, after I was told that they could get me a car and had been there for about 6 hours if not longer. (Boy was my hopes up). Not one time was I dishonest w/the Salesperson, but I can't say the same for him. The pricing was basically the same and I felt I was push into something I liked but not necessary what I wanted. Yes I wanted and needed a car. I think if a sale was to be made and especially when the price is basically the same that a person should get what they want not made to feel that it was what they had to take. My Salesperson was about making a sale not necessary pleasing a Customer. I also did not get the dinner that was promised as well. I guess I should have call him back and asked him for it. Like the many times he called me and ask for a review. I wrote this about 1 month after getting the car because I wanted to make sure I was not being selfish and I am not so at this point I have said all that needed to be said. I do thank Nissan for helping me get the finances that were needed but not the car that I loved. Maybe next time I will get what I love and not what I want. You know God will give us the desire of our heart and next time I will make sure I tell Him first instead acting on my own...Thanks NISSAN More
My experience and visit to Nissan of Union City was pretty good; however, I was not intended to purchase a vehicle on that particular day but ended up doing so any way. My intent was to shop around fo pretty good; however, I was not intended to purchase a vehicle on that particular day but ended up doing so any way. My intent was to shop around for the best deal and get the most for my money, which in this case it didn't happen. I felt a little pressured and weren't given anytime to think it over and compare prices with apples and apples. I was happy to learn that I was approved for the car that I wanted, but was disappointed after learning that I could have gotten a much better deal from the initial dealer that I was working with over the phone before going to this dealership. Come to find out, I would have saved over five-thousand dollars and would have had a monthly payment under $500.00. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes and no, depending upon the situation. If you are ready to buy and don't have the time to shop around and have no problem with the price, then by all means, YES, I would recommend this dealership; If you are not ready and want to shop around, then NO, I do not recommend going to this dealership first. A lesson learned! Oh, by the way, I went there first because I was told that I wouldn't be under any pressure...just come in and look at the car and take it for a test drive. More

Everyone seemed happy and it shows with each other and the customers. From my previous purchase, I already had a good experience with Sam the GM. I made an appointment from the communication I received in the mail and rest is history. Thomas Cooper took me right away.
