After settling on an out the door price, I began making arrangements with my bank to purchase the vehicle. Upon requesting Deangelo send some information over to my credit union, he informed me that he couldn't sell the vehicle at our agreed upon price. He then added 2k to the out the door price and proceeded to tell me how great of a deal I was still getting. Awful experience, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. More

I learned the car needed a battery and he was trying to find a jump. (Smh) In addition the rear tire was going flat including several other things. Obviously the car was in no condition to be test driven. I was told to wait a few minutes so the service team can fix the minor repairs 40 mins later the car still didn't make it to the service garage. The sales manager suggested three other vehicles to view two was already sold! Don't waste you time nor your money here for bad service. More

Don't buy anything from this Nissan Dealership I will never ever buy another Nissan period. At least be honest with a consumer who is buying your.....no car that is financed for thousands of dollar I will never ever buy another Nissan period. She lied to me and never gave my money back I came in to the dealership with an issue of my vehicle making a click sound. I thought it was Mounts and told her that information. She advised me that there is a charge of $80.00 dollars to check the issue to see what the problem is. I got a call back stating that my barrings on the passenger side was bad. I have extended warranty that covers the cost with zero deductible. She told me that they didn't cover everything but later after I called USAA, they said they paid for everything in full. I got charged taxes on Labor and parts. She owes me money back and when she seen me the other day, she avoided the conversation nor did she say hi after a while of me texting her to get the job completed. Yet again her quote to me was to high on the mounts to be replaced that I would have been paying more money. I went to a different service advisor and got the work done. My USAA account paid the cost and I didn't come out my pocket for nothing. That makes you wonder about this lady. She is profiting off the lies, charging taxes on labor, not following up and avoids speaking when she knows she was wrong...... More

OMG this has to be one of the most unprofessional group of managers and sales managers as well as service managers I have ever encountered in my life OMG this has to be one of the most unprofessional group of managers and sales managers as well as service managers I have ever encountered in my life !!!I got a better experience at a buy here pay here lot !!!I signed a contract for a brand-new car only after to find out they lied to me which I should have expected this being my first real car buying experience!! I had the car literally less than five days!! and I can canceled the contract after finding out they lied to me !!! I tried ample times to contact this lot !! They were completely unreachable !! they return no calls at all I had the car towed to their location only to hear from them a month later to say they're only refunding me $180 of my deposit!!my initial deposit was $1000 they claimed that I never turned in the keys so they say almost $800 was needed to replace both keys !! I even had them on voice recording saying that they actually did receive the keys once they signed for the vehicle when it was dropped off back at their lot!! I had to Seek legal counsel and file a small claims against this lot!! Which I'm in the process of as we speak!! And to top everything off once I walked out the office I told him to have a nice day and I would see them in court the service assistant manager tells me "sorry for your loss"in a very sarcastic and condescending manner !!! More

Stay away, horrible experience My sales rep was friendly but it's been a headache since I walked onto the lot. First, the sold me a car that I was told was certified only to get a call 2 days later saying it was not and that I would have to come back to redo the paperwork! The new car brakes have made a squealing noise since I drove it off the lot and I was told "it's normal" called several times to have the problem taken care of only to keep getting the same run around. Months later, I take my car in for its 1st oil change and car wash which never got done which also took 4 hours. Apparently the service writer who took my keys got fired and never wrote the service ticket so my car sat and no one knew about it. I was then brushed off by another service writer who got it done but seemed to not care at all. I also found out while waiting on my car I sold a 3 year service warranty that I was told was "free" but was a lie. It was rolled into the total cost of my car and I never asked for it. After several phone calls and threats the finance manager Darrin told me he would cancel it and the cost would fall off of the total cost of my loan!! xxx so I financed the cost of a 3 year plan in my loan?? That sounds like fraud. It has been 2 weeks of calls and voicemails and Darrin has not called me back yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP More
