They truly want you to be happy with their service and go the extra mile The service department and the service advisors are the best in the business. They truly want you to be happy with their service and go the extra mile to make it happen. Fully detailed my car because of grease found on the interior. Full service and solve those pesky intermittent problems that arise. Ask for Matthew in service department and get treated right. Thanks guys! More

Last Minute Service What an experience, set up the appointment on the WWW, was met by a young man who found my appointment file and introduced me to Mr. Houston (Chuck) w What an experience, set up the appointment on the WWW, was met by a young man who found my appointment file and introduced me to Mr. Houston (Chuck) who sat me down updated my information and provided me the estimate in ten minutes. He took the time to ensure I understood what was happening and where I could wait as I was driving from Sacramento California to Manhattan, Kansas and needed some rest, he stated a hour and a half, he kept me posted and ensured the coffee was available, an hour an a half later he passed me on to the finance team, I paid for the work and thanked everyone for their superb customer care and just general all around nice feeling from the moment I arrived to the moment the Technician passed me my keys. If this gets to the Volvo team headquarters my recommendation is to take a team to Niello Volvo and see what they are doing with/for Volvo, this visit will keep me in Volvo's for the rest of my driving years, thank you Niello Volvo, great service and superb care. More
