Everything was handled efficiently, knowledgeably, and politely. Excellent service in all ways. In 16 years of coming to Niello, have never been disappointed. Great job, guys! politely. We expected a higher end experience from this dealership. Instead we encountered the same sales games that other dealers play which resulted in a complete fiasco; which took us one solid week to sort out. We Instead we encountered the same sales games that other dealers play which resulted in a complete fiasco; which took us one solid week to sort out. We did elevate the problem and were helped out by upper management but I cannot recommend doing business here. More

Billy Bonner and Creed Cate were Outstanding! Professional, competent, courteous, knowledgeable. The post-sale add-on visit was less so. The following is my note to Billy Bonner on Apr. 28, Professional, competent, courteous, knowledgeable. The post-sale add-on visit was less so. The following is my note to Billy Bonner on Apr. 28, shortly after that meeting: "I write because, on reading the descriptions of the four package plans I bought at the post-sale, add-on visit, being the “Ultimate Care +, Hydro-Ramic Plan, Paintless Dent and Tire & Wheel, totaling some $4,300, I’ve got these questions: 1) I was told that, “In 2017, BMW stopped doing any maintenance on its vehicles, other than changing the oil.” Ergo, I’d need to spend $1,300 on the ‘Ultimate Care+” plan, to avoid having to pay for any of the routine maintenance items (that I’m obligated to do during the lease). Really? They’ll "only change the oil?" They won’t put in a new oil filter or change the air filter? Or check the fluids in the battery, transmission, universal joint, radiator? ‘Won’t check the tire pressure/look for leaks? Clean any cabin air filter(s)? I’ve driven BMW’s for almost 40 years ('86 635csi, '01 X-5, '22 M850), and they’ve always received this and more maintenance, without extra charge. Having to buy this additional coverage for another $1,300 makes no sense. 2) Diane told me that, to ensure that the exterior paint would remain “nice and shiny,” I’d need to buy the Hydro-Ramic Plan. The “Plan” states damages such as “prematurely fade, oxidize or otherwise reflect a deterioration,” are covered if caused by: “sun exposure, acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, water spotting, humidity, dirt, weather, detergents, hard water, magnesium, sand abrasion, calcium chloride (except as limited on the reverse side, which sets forth all the exceptions/ exclusions to the coverage). Really?? We live a long way from acid rain, magnesium, calcium chloride or sandstorms, and I garage my car. It seems a stretch to say the factory-applied paint job on the hundred-thousand-dollar+ car won’t remain “shiny” without spending this additional $1,300. Also, as to protecting the car seats against stains from “blood, urine, mold or mildew," the chance of any of those occurring from my use of the car is not high:). Together, the four plans bumped the price of the car by some $4,300 (about 8% or so of my lease cost), for what appears to be only marginal benefit. ‘Would very much appreciate your take on such. ‘Best, Brian More
