Can’t say I give this a 5 star. We were lead to believe the car was detailed and it was not we had to bring it back and ask that it be detailed as told it was. Was told to go have fun on the weekend take the vehicle for a test run and on Monday come back to Neilo and they would fill up tank to full. Came back with vehicle it was not filled up due to a problem with gas card and gas station and was told come back when you around the area we will fill it up at that time. We haven’t been in the area so we never got a a refill of gas . Day we bought the vehicle it was not ready stood outside in heat waiting where we took personal belongings from trade in and waited for a ride back from lot to front of sales office but no one came to pick us up as told for at least over 15 min before I chose to walk back to sales office parking lot and waited in the shade as it was too hot in the lot where the trade in was parked. Not the best experience at all. I won’t be coming back to trade or purchase from this location again One more thing received at least 3 calls asking if I wanted to still purchase a vehicle after I already had ??? More

Our 2014 BMW was totaled, all the wires in the dash were chewed by mice! We went to Neillo BMW to get the bad news and weren’t planning on buying another car just then, but staff there were so attentive, fr chewed by mice! We were there for at least 3 or 4 hours and very well taken care of by Fatima and a number of other staff. We ended up buying a beautiful 2021 X3. We love it! I highly recommend Neillo if you are looking for a new or used car. The staff are great, and the service is great! More
