Really enjoyed working with Dalton to help me figure out what to do about my leased X3 at the end of my contract. He showed me multiple options for new cars, laid out the different leases very clearly, and what to do about my leased X3 at the end of my contract. Dalton has a fun, no pressure energy that I really enjoyed. Niello BMW as a whole could really speed up the whole buying process. From the time I said I wanted to keep my car until I left was over 4.5 hours. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful, but no part of me wants to spend an entire day waiting around to sign papers. More

I usually don't like going to the car browsing because most sales people are pushy, intimidating, and pressure givers. Even after we got our mini cooper EV, she gave us her cell # to call her anytime if we have any kind of trouble or questions. She was the best sales person we ever came across. High pressure and deception. The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead The salesman said he needed my id to check my credit to get a car fax report and to check for other vehicles in the area, He and his manager instead signed me up for financing without my knowledge after I told them I was pre-approved for financing through my bank. They then tried to get me to sign a financing agreement, I refused. I purchased this vehicle though by bank as promised. I was not aware they did this until after my purchase I received a financing denial letter from BMW. Also, I got the around for a month trying to get a second key, and did not receive a tire inflator kit as promised. This was a horrible stressful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this Dealership. Up Date: David Soto and Shane Weirick, reached out to us to apologize for the way my husband and I were treated and the harassment we felt after informing the salesman and his manager we were pre-approved through Navy Federal Credit Union, they should have made a call for verification, not try to force financing through BMW. David says he will continue to train his team to avoid these issues in the future. David offered to repair the sun roof and rear seat belt and order a tire inflator kit. He also put me in touch with Shane, with a discounted extended warranty. My husband and I appreciate the apology and the willingness to try and make things right. More
