I'm leaving reviews of my negative experience with Niello Sacramento on every website that will accept it while doing my research for a probable lawsuit in the near future. I purchased a $6,500 6 year/100,00 Sacramento on every website that will accept it while doing my research for a probable lawsuit in the near future. I purchased a $6,500 6 year/100,000 mile extended service agreement in May, 2022 for my 2020 BMW X5. The first time I tried to use it (after the original agreement lapsed) I was told by BMW, NA that it was canceled. I sure didn't cancel it. I contacted them, first by email then certified mail, but have not heard back. Meanwhile, I had to pay $1,800 for the 60k mile service on my car. They do not honor their commitments and flat out refuse to communicate with you. I will see this through and resolve this. I refuse to give them my money without a fight. More

Can’t say I give this a 5 star. We were lead to believe the car was detailed and it was not we had to bring it back and ask that it be detailed as told it was. Was told to go have fun on the weekend take the vehicle for a test run and on Monday come back to Neilo and they would fill up tank to full. Came back with vehicle it was not filled up due to a problem with gas card and gas station and was told come back when you around the area we will fill it up at that time. We haven’t been in the area so we never got a a refill of gas . Day we bought the vehicle it was not ready stood outside in heat waiting where we took personal belongings from trade in and waited for a ride back from lot to front of sales office but no one came to pick us up as told for at least over 15 min before I chose to walk back to sales office parking lot and waited in the shade as it was too hot in the lot where the trade in was parked. Not the best experience at all. I won’t be coming back to trade or purchase from this location again One more thing received at least 3 calls asking if I wanted to still purchase a vehicle after I already had ??? More
Everyone at this dealership is always very friendly. Tim was especially very personable and easy to communicate with. He made the transaction less stressful and felt like we weren’t there 4 hours. I bought a car from Niello BMW in Sacramento, and overall, I expected better treatment from a dealership of this level. When I picked up the car, they provided me with a spare key, but I later found overall, I expected better treatment from a dealership of this level. When I picked up the car, they provided me with a spare key, but I later found out that the key wasn’t programmed. When I contacted the dealership, I was surprised to learn that they took no responsibility for this. The manager refused to discuss the issue further and simply told me to take the car to a Nissan dealership to get the key programmed. When I explained that programming costs about $450, the manager’s response was that they would not cover any part of that cost. I found this response very disappointing — it showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. For anyone considering buying a car here, I recommend verifying everything works before leaving the lot, including both keys, because the dealership may not help you afterward. I’m sharing my experience so others are aware of how my situation was handled. I truly hope Niello BMW improves their after-sale service and stands behind the vehicles they sell. More
