Well; prior to sale all was Great. Upon receiving vehicle and noting all the damages and issue with getting the registratjon/plates a month later. And having actual parts missing on brake calipers, an interior that had terrific damage, 2 areas of car which appeared to have minor crash damage, and a sales staff whom lied to me about receiving paperwork and saying they wanted to make things right ... Only thing which went right was me staying on top of dealership for weeks on end to finally get sale completed to wherest I could drive car legally . Beyond finance dept, the dealership was sadly a mess and no one seemed to be on same page, let alone the same book. Customer service? As soon as they got my trade in car and money down, they basically could care less about my experience. And corporate bmw couldn't do anything; this is a franchise, they have no real overseeing body above their paltry customer service Oh, and they sent me a car w bald tires, too. Detailed? Far from it . I had to keep reminding myself this was bmw and not a private sale or some used car lot where they dont inspect cars.. Im unsure if the headache and the amount of money/energy its gonna take me to fix brake calipers, tires, interior leather, outside damages/scratches, was worth this. Sale completed in mid Jan. Car had tags finally completed feb 25th. I received them in March, a temporary plate. I had to get emissions done, and commute in a car for work/school for over month w no legal tags or plate. So, im glad they made sale. I got a car i really wanted, but they should of financed it for thousands less considering im gonna have to put thousands in asap for tires, etc A very unsatisfying experience. Sorta blown away, as my patience and demeanor with them went from extremely cordial to an amazement to just how many errors and lies I had to traverse Paperwork filled out wrong on their end? Twice. Vids and pics of car not showing actual damage? Bringing to attention brakes and tires prior to receiving car? Did that, they didnt car. Shipping company they used? I had to drive my trade in, in reverse...up truck so they delivery company could Jumpstart car. And, furthermore. The idea was and discussed in paperwork that I would get my new car, and trade in mine. Well, no. I got a call from a aggressive truck driver to pick up my car, then I waited for delivery of new car. Which, showed up dirty and not in good shape. Door squeeking? Hard top roof making noises while driving with it up at any mph? Got that too dents in floor board m plates? Sure. And that interior ..I could go on and on.. Just really saddened, I just made first car payment and now all I want is a bit of answers why this was so awful, and what does my warranty cover and some actual detailed paperwork for it. Will I get answers. Im really not into contacting dealership anymore. The smug and passive aggressively weird sales guys should be selling snake oil, not bmws. Take care. Beware More

The first time, being overcharged on the agreed down payment that I had to return to the dealership for a refund and the second time an oversight on reporting the payoff to BMW financial services that prompted me to return to the dealership to request a refund for overpayment again. I only took off one star because on both occurrences they quickly remedied the issues. More

Purchased over 1 month ago and still trying to get them to fix the windshield, hand over the 2nd key and send me my card left in the trade.
