I worked with Quintonn for about a week to figure out financing on the vehicle I purchased. I honestly was surprised he was able to make it work, because I had quite a bit of negative equity on my trade financing on the vehicle I purchased. The scheduling for the detailing service was not done correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get schedul correctly. We were told the detiling service was going to be an hour. When my wife dropped off the car she was told the service did not get scheduled and the it would take 3 hours. I know you don't typically sell VW's, but this is a BMW seller, so luxury is implied and we did not get that type of service. More

When we arrived, he was busy with another customer, but he's been expecting us and let us know that Q would be assisting us from there. Q helped us the majority of the time and he was very courteous and informative. Never once did we feel pressured, rather we felt they went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied.
