Sales department was excellent! Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and the Mike and Ed were great during our first BMW purchase. I was not pleased with the service department however. I was quoted a price at drop off and then charged an additional fee as the service writer did not include all fees into my quote. They did not honor the quote and charged me the additional fees. Also requested repair of a part to interior of car that was not addressed and is still not fixed. I do not have time to keep driving over an hour to have repairs done at this particular dealership. I am very upset. I purchased my BMW on March 10, 2024. My car has been in the shop for 3 out of the 4 1/2 weeks I’ve owned it. I feel very strongly they should make m I purchased my BMW on March 10, 2024. My car has been in the shop for 3 out of the 4 1/2 weeks I’ve owned it. I feel very strongly they should make my 1st payment that is due on April 20, 2024. I requested that from the sales manager that yesterday and he said that wasn’t going to happen. He said my car would be ready next week. I am supper upset. I’m honestly very pissed off. This is my 4th BMW and this is a first for me. Please don’t ask for a 10. It’s not going to happen. My apologies! More
