This is my fourth car purchase from Niello Acura, and I even make the drive over from NV. I was worried about finding someone new to work with after my favorite, Gary, retired, but Arti exceeded my expecta even make the drive over from NV. While the process took a bit longer than I had hoped, Arti was incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through all the features of my new ZDX, ensuring it was customized perfectly to my preferences.
