March 11, 2014 Greetings Anthony, I would like to apologize for the dissatisfaction you felt leaving our service department. I completely understand, and agree, with your annoyance at the lack of customer service you received upon entering our dealership to pick your vehicle up; there are policies in place to avoid this from happening and the offending parties have been addressed. I do appreciate you bringing this to our attention so this does not happen with any other customers; I am, however, sorry that it happened to you. Regarding the window regulator, we are unable to pre-order parts without pre-payment. That being said, I do believe we should have communicated this to you at the time that the appointment was made. However, as the part was unavailable the same day, we did attempt to inconvenience you as little as possible by providing you with a complimentary rental vehicle. I hope that you will give our Service Department a second chance to show you the service that we strive to provide every customer. Please present this letter to receive 15% off any future repairs/services performed at our dealership.
