Went in this weekend to get our Durango serviced (oil change, tire rotation, and minor maintenance issue). Nate and Jason were working, and did a great job as usual. These guys have a great attitude, are truly focused on the customer's needs, and deliver outstanding service. I left the dealership with the feeling that the promises made by the salesman who we bought the car from were being fulfilled by James, Nate, and Jason. Great work, guys. See you next time. More

I came for a recall on a 1998 jeep grand Cherokee. It was my first visit here. Nate welcomed me upon walking in & treated me like I was purchasing a new top of line car. The people were are very friendly and helpful. My car was taken back for the service recall in about 25 minutes and was finished in about 25 minutes also. After that a technician helped me install new rear cordless earphones for the DVD player. He showed me the procedure once again so that I was sure how to do this again if needed. Just when I thought the impossible wasn't possible Newnan Dodge proved that the 2013 Dodge Challenger that I wanted was not out of reach at all, this is all due to Johnny Hamer the Internet Sales Manager who worked the deal to perfection not once but 3 times to get me the right deal. Taurus Williams, Business Manager was wonderful and a joy to work with in the Finance Office, everyone knows when it gets to that point then you are taking some giant steps to your dream but also to quite a few years of payments as well, but Mr. Williams made the experience entertaining and very easy. Thanks to all of you and your efforts to get me in my dream car, I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! More
I went to this dealership and found a used Civic there for sale that I wanted to buy (this was on a Friday). They told me they would fix the two obvious problems with the vehicle, do an inspection, and t for sale that I wanted to buy (this was on a Friday). They told me they would fix the two obvious problems with the vehicle, do an inspection, and that I could come back and pick it up and pay for it that afternoon. When I went back the car was not fixed or ready, but I went ahead and paid for it. They told me they would have the car fixed the following day (Saturday). They did not. Then they told me it would be fixed and delivered to me a couple days later on Tuesday. They brought the car to me, but had not fixed it. So, I had to send the car back. Then they were supposed to fix the car and bring it to me on Thursday. This did not happen. On all of these days I called the dealership repeatedly to find out the status of the car, as I was leaving town and needed the vehicle. I could not get any of my sales representatives on the phone. One time late in the day I told the receptionist who answered the phone that nobody had contacted me and she said she would have them contact me. They did - by texting me. How discourteous and unprofessional. That Thursday when I still did not receive the car I ended up talking to David, the General Sales Manager. He was very rude and unapologetic on the phone, making me feel like a second-rate citizen for buying a used car. He promised they would have the car fixed and delivered to me the next morning. This would be the fifth time they had promised me the car. It didn't show up. I finally had to call them that day and remind them to please bring me my car, which they eventually did. And when I first purchased the car on the previous Friday they told me they would do an inspection and make sure the car was in good working order, and let me know if it had any issues. Since I have gotten the car I have had to spend about $1200 just to make it drivable. The staff at this dealership was so rude, so evasive, and had a complete lack of concern about the safety of my car or customer service towards me. More
