From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was a pleasant one. My Sales associate Malcolm Smith was exceptional in showing us the inventory as well as letting us our options and adding his experien pleasant one. While the entire purchase experience was great from our interaction with the owner on down to the team, this notion was driven home once we purchased our vehicle and reconnected with Malcolm for the vehicle function and accessory overview. Malcolm spent near 40 minutes walking my wife and I through the points of the vehicle, details and features. this was EXTREMELY helpful as my wife had recently been in a car accident and wanted to ensure the next vehicle we purchased was in good or and secure. Malcolm most definitely fortified that notion. The walk through and introduction of the people in the Service Center was also a wonderful experience. Quite simply, you just do not receive Customer Service like that anymore!
