I am a mother of a 2 year old with a baby on the way, so I figured it was time to upgrade to a minivan. After research online, I decided to look at the Chrysler Town & Country. Within minutes of pulling onto the lot, I met Ray Gibson, who was so very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He pulled the vehicle up to the door for us and promptly took us for a test drive. He thoroughly explained all the features of the van and provided pricing information. I returned with my husband a few days later. We were so impressed with the used vehicle we had originally looked at, that we ended up purchasing a brand new vehicle. The "negotiating" process, which I usually hate, went very smooth and quick. Our last car purchase at a VW dealer took forever and was such a hassle. This was definitely not the case here at Newnan CDJR. Ray and the business manager Taurus Williams were both so great to work with. Taurus was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable while discussing our financing options. He reviewed options to see what worked best for us and went over all the paperwork in detail, confidently answering all of our questions. Our experience with Malcolm could not have been better and makes this dealership a place we will more than likely continue to shop for our vehicle needs. Finally, our experience with Taurus Williams was just as fantastic. He explained all of the warranty programs in detail and made us feel like he cared about the financing rate that would be afforded to us as part of the transaction.
