Brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee to be looked at because battery did not seem to be holding charge. This was on Thursday late afternoon. Expected to get a call on Friday with update. Since no call w because battery did not seem to be holding charge. This was on Thursday late afternoon. Expected to get a call on Friday with update. Since no call we went on Saturday morning to dealership. Our original service person was off. The gentleman who helped us stated from what he could read from the paperwork, the techs found nothing wrong. do if we had not gone back to check on my jeep it would have sat there til Monday? Luckily we had two cars. If we had communication or follow up from the service rep this review would have been better! More

A bit disappointed about the different issues that occurred when we purchased a used van here. Our check engine light came on and the van died in the middle of the highway. I was in the van with my hu occurred when we purchased a used van here. Our check engine light came on and the van died in the middle of the highway. I was in the van with my husband and 8 month year old. We had the van less than 30 days. We only driven it just over 600 miles. We called to see if there was anything that could be done and hope they would at least help us in some way but they said this was the risk of buying a used car and we didn't buy a warranty for the car. My husband bought his used Lexus and after the purchase, there was several things wrong with it and the dealership fixed everything for free without a warranty either. Out of courtesy, we would have hoped to have some consideration and help. They were very nice with selling the car and helping during our initial interest but when it came to anything beyond that, there was no help. More
