I think I found Dante's 8th circle and it has to be the service department at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. We took our Ram 2500 here for servicing for 2 recalls. We called a week prior to service department at Newnan Peachtree Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram. We took our Ram 2500 here for servicing for 2 recalls. We called a week prior to set up an appointment (which I guess they don't do) advised we were bringing it in for the 2 recalls so parts could be ordered ahead of time (which they also don't do). Dropped the truck off and 7 days later, still not fixed. No loaner vehicle given, just expected to go without a vehicle for how many ever days it takes to have these recalls repaired. The worst part is, when you call service to try to get an update, they know nothing, they transfer you to a voicemail where no one ever returns your call. We went down there in person to try to get a status update and to see if we could take the vehicle until the parts arrived, unable as the car is in pieces waiting for the part, so we are stuck. The lack of communication has to be the worst part. No one ever returns your call or is available to speak with when you call to check on the car, yet the sales department continues to send emails, texts and calls trying to buy our other vehicle, go figure. We always have our vehicles serviced somewhere else because we know how bad this service department is, but because of the recalls we had no choice this time. Tomorrow will be day 8 without our vehicle and still no update as to when to expect it to be fixed which is very dissapointing. More

I have been using this dealership's service department for greater than 5 years for minor upkeep of my vehicle. So far, they have not let me down. There are times when the wait time is longer than I expec for greater than 5 years for minor upkeep of my vehicle. So far, they have not let me down. There are times when the wait time is longer than I expect, but I have never been turned down for service. The representatives in the service department have always been professional and kind. Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. I was able to get answers from several James finance department and Austin helped with questions I had about my vehicle including help with another o I was able to get answers from several James finance department and Austin helped with questions I had about my vehicle including help with another one.
