I’ve been to Newnan three times in the last two weeks. Horrendous experience. Emailed the service manager about how rude the advisor was and had an issue w JL death wobble and they said there was nothing Horrendous experience. Great sales service, however when returning to get service on the vehicle, in this case a warrantee repair, you become an invisible customer after turning over your keys. You sit in the waiting room f service on the vehicle, in this case a warrantee repair, you become an invisible customer after turning over your keys. You sit in the waiting room for hours with no update on your vehicle. Employees constantly walk by but you feel forgotten. Even an hourly update would be a nice gesture, anything to let me know I am as important to you now as I was when you were trying to sell me that car that I now have no idea what is going on with. More
