Truly Exceptional Service I recently came back from Delaware on a business trip. While I was in town, I took my car to the Newark location before going back home to CT. Cheryl Gephart,the Assistant Manager, and Jermaine Simpkins the technician who worked on my car made my experience at Toyota truly exceptional. They were very patient and took the time to educate me about my car and what was required. Both were very professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend that location to anyone I know. Cheryl, and Jermaine offered quality customer service, and I was very pleased. First time I took my car to a dealer and walked away so satisfied. What I liked about them, is their way of showing me, making me feel, I matter as a customer, and my needs come first. Toyota should be proud to have these two individuals as employees.
