I had a great experience purchasing my new Tacoma Double Cab from Dave Morgan at Newark Toyota World. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Dave searched and found the perfect truck for me based on o Cab from Dave Morgan at Newark Toyota World. When the truck I wanted was not on the lot, Dave searched and found the perfect truck for me based on options and color. The truck was available for me to see and drive the next day and the deal was made. Truck was detailed very quickly at the service center approx. .25 miles from the dealership. Dave did a great job explaining the free two year service plan and the selling experience was very low pressure. I look forward to getting my truck serviced for free over the next two years and will definitely shop first at Newark ToyotaWorld for my next vehicle purchase. More

I gave Lise this rating because she was a very personable sales representative. She did her part in selling the car, but I would have appreciated a little help on her end about whether or not the car had bee sales representative. I feel that a dealer should hand out the CarFax on a used car or whatever is known about said car, instead of just getting the deal. I recently purchased our third new Toyota from Newark Toyota World. The last two from the same sales person, Lise Kinkead. All three Toyotas we have purchased from Newark Toyota World (over the last 10 years)are still being driven daily by family members. We are very happy with the cars and the dealership and the next time we need a new car, we'll be back to see Lise. More
Made a bad used car decision a couple years ago, car broke down, and needed a car for work. My credit was pretty bad and my situation was fairly dire. I was pessimistic about getting approved for a new car, but I had no other choice but to go and see. Ultimately, I described my situation to Jeff, Edwin, and Brandon, and they provided me with a good perfect solution. I have arguably the most reliable car model in history, it's new, it has GPS and Bluetooth for my career, and a full warranty up to 115,000 miles. I'm extremely critical when it comes to customer service and sales. My high expectations and standards were exceeded, which is extremely rare. Jeff was a nice guy, and Brandon really worked the magic. My life is in a much better situation because of Newark Toyotaworld. More
I have known Chris for a very long time. Our families have known one another for a very long time, so the relationship was very strong. Needing a new car in a very short span of time can be very frustrating. Needing to fulfill this need within 2-3 days could have made it worse! Chris was right there to guide me through it all. It was a great experience! Chris was very helpful and very, very honest about everything. He was able to explain many confusing portions of the contract, eliminate myths and the like about their cars, as well as give me the pros and cons of the specific vehicles I was interested in buying. He was very knowledgeable of all the mechanics in each vehicle. He even took the the time to show me the effects of what a down payment would do to my monthly statement. With so many options, I felt right at home! He made it a wonderful 1st time buying experience, and would definitely recommend him to ANYONE!!! More

This service department is incompetent, charges way too much and has possibly ruined the engine on my brand new $36,500 Toyota 4Runner. More important, this dealer DOES NOT FOLLOW TOYOTA FACTORY SPECS much and has possibly ruined the engine on my brand new $36,500 Toyota 4Runner. More important, this dealer DOES NOT FOLLOW TOYOTA FACTORY SPECS in serving its customer vehicles. I bought a brand new 4Runner from this dealer in part to support the local economy even though Newark Toyotaworld was $700 MORE EXPENSIVE than other dealer offers. In keeping with supporting the local economy, I have been using this dealer to service my vehicle. On the very first use of Newark Toyotaworld -- the company did not follow Toyota Factory specs and used conventional oil to replace the synthetic motor oil in my engine at 2500 miless. (I changed my motor oil earlier than the recommended first interval to better break in my new engine.) The dealer used conventional motor oil even though I requested three different times (1. made the appointment 2. dropped the truck off for service at the dealer and 3. while waiting for service to be completed) for them to use synthetic oil. Assuming that the dealer followed Toyota specs and my multiple requests for synthetic oil, I then drove nearly 9,000 miles before I got my next oil change. (Synthetic oil is good for 10,000 miles whereas conventional oil is in the range of 3,000 to 5,000 miles between oil changes). I didn't find out that Newark Toyotaworld had used conventional oil until I brought my car in for its next oil change! I spoke to Corporate Toyota about the problems at Newark Toyotaworld. Corporate Toyota was very concerned. Running close to 10,000 miles on conventional motor oil between oil changes could damage my engine and shorten its overall life. Nice job, Newark Toyotaworld! And the kicker is that Newark Toyotaworld not ony failed to follow Toyota specs, the dealer is charging $67 for this oil change even though the dealer down the road charges $36.95 for a syntheticc oil change. In other words, these guys are lining their pockets by overcharging their local customers by almost 200%! In closing, do not go to this dealer. The place is horrible and has no regard in properly servicing their clients' investment in their automobiles. On top of everything else, they also overcharge their customers and have no interest in forming lasting relationships with their customers (i.e., very transactional!). More
Lise was great! We bought our Rav 4 back in 2009 from her and we also referred my parents to her and they bought 2 new vehicles as well. She really worked with us the first time so we went back and bought a 2012 Highlander and I am very satisfied with everything. Lise really takes her time with you and cares about your needs and wants. I will most likely return when I am ready to buy another vehicle in the future. I felt very welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. I would definitely recommended Lise to my friends and family when they are looking to buy new cars. More
