Turns out the car uses conventional oil so Rachel ensured the oil was changed the same day (originally just a tire rotation). The parts folks helped me track down the correct touch-up paint for my 2010 Yaris, and gave me good advice on oil changing (I usually change my own). Overall outstanding service! Thanks... More
