They pulled the tactic where they low balled me on my trade in, but came up to market price. Since they "went up" in price for the trade in, they wouldn't take away from the asking price. That is my fault for falling into the trap though. It only came with 1 set of keys, and the salesmen promised to get it to me. Well, it's been over 2 months of non stop promises from the salesmen. It has been a nightmare just trying to get 1 freaking set of keys. Also, they refused to fix the chipped paint on the front of the car (which I didn't see when I bought the car) Also, it came with a makeshift after market exhaust which was not disclosed to me. I had to shell out another 1k just to make it right. Not to mention they won't replace the scratched tint on the windows. I would never buy or recommend this place to anyone. Once you purchase a car, they are done with you. More
Bait and switch dealer - beware Three months back, went into the dealership to test drive a highlander, the salesman, Ken P, committed to a price that was about $500 over the invoice Three months back, went into the dealership to test drive a highlander, the salesman, Ken P, committed to a price that was about $500 over the invoice price for a 2014 highlander with captain's chair second row and entertainment system as options. He scribbled everything on a piece of paper and handed to me. I then sent an email to confirm the price and called him and went over the options again. He assured everything was good and that I will get the car in 4 weeks. A month later, he said the car was in production and will be another 3 - 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, he sends a VIN number and tells me there was a delay and the vehicle will be ready in another couple of weeks. Well, another 4 weeks later, he calls and tells me the vehicle is ready. When we went to pick the car, the car had no captains chair second row, no entertainment system and a totally different VIN number. He then tells me Toyota usually gives a VIN number while manufacturing and then changes the VIN number after production -WTH?? He says he thought I had typed entertainment system in my email, but meant navigation system and tries to sell me the car. I asked for his manager, 30 minutes later, his manager, Jim K, who was copied on all emails, never came. I did not want to spend any more time at this dealership, so I left. If this is not bait and switch, I am not sure what is. It is a wonder that these people can sleep at night knowing what they do for a living. Shame on them. Shame on Toyota for doing business with this kind of a dealership. I am not buying a Toyota again. More

It made the time pass with the free wifi and coffee readily available. Overall, I have zero complaints. I have recommended NTW to my friends and family members....they also did a great job detailing the inside of my car! More
Didn't fix the issue Don't believe this guy and his manager. I did mistake to take the delivery of my new car with full body scratches. He told the scratches will be fixed Don't believe this guy and his manager. I did mistake to take the delivery of my new car with full body scratches. He told the scratches will be fixed later. Nothing was fixed later. Avoided calls and denied to fix the scratches. Both are a big liars. More
Bait and Switch I did not have a good experience in buying a new car. I found the car I wanted on their web site. However, when I went to buy it they informed me th I did not have a good experience in buying a new car. I found the car I wanted on their web site. However, when I went to buy it they informed me they made a "mistake" on the internet price quote they sent me. The car was actually several thousand dollars more. This is what I call "Bait and Switch" and I would not recommend them. More
I made a mistake buying a Toyota Camry at this place, the service personnel are not professional and don't know basics like how to check the issue with the wheel. The personnel insisted that i hit a curb and service personnel are not professional and don't know basics like how to check the issue with the wheel. The personnel insisted that i hit a curb and damaged the wheel whereas there is a manufacturing issue with the wheel that resulted in a pin hole (confirmed by car shop, where i got my wheel replaced). In my opinion, they cover up their mistakes and sell defective merchandise to the customers. More
I have bought several Toyota vehicles, my last being from this dealer which wasn't the best experience but I figured I would give them another shot since I was getting my car serviced and was about to go on this dealer which wasn't the best experience but I figured I would give them another shot since I was getting my car serviced and was about to go on vacation I wanted to get information on a navigation . I inquired about it and was told that they would "page" the person to help me. I waited.... and waited.... and waited some more..... crickets... I go back to the reception area after twenty minutes and they tell me the person I need to "speak" with is not here but was due in at 9am. It's 10:10am and I am standing there like okay, and she tells me that she can get my information and have her call me. Seriously? Is this the only person that can help me and why was she not in? I give my information even though I was frustrated, and guess what, I NEVER got a call from this person. I called and they told me her name was Lisa, I left numerous messages and never got a return call. Guess what. I will NEVER go back there and I took my business else where. This was the last straw for me. This dealer has gone downhill, even their service department. More
Initially i had reported a bad review for this dealer. But later i was contacted by the dealer who promptly apologized and we were called in for honoring the promises made during purchase. We met with Edw But later i was contacted by the dealer who promptly apologized and we were called in for honoring the promises made during purchase. We met with Edwin again who was excellent in getting things straight. They fixed some of the things that same day and scheduled for another date for us to go finish all the fixes. Even though we had to go around atleast 7 times :( they finally are getting things straight. I have an appointment next Wed, and will give my recommendations after that. Right now everything looks good and i want to emphasize again the excellent support given by Edwin in getting stuff fixed. Apparently he was on vacation. Other than the lack of coordination between sales and service, you can get things done quickly , if the sales person you dealt with is available. More
I actually purchased my vehicle at the end of September and wanted to give it some time before I put my thoughts down. Overall Experience Sales Department - Overall I am happy with my recent and past and wanted to give it some time before I put my thoughts down. Overall Experience Sales Department - Overall I am happy with my recent and past sales experience with this dealership. I own two other Toyota(s) from this same dealership (03 Sequoia & 07 Highlander). When it was time to purchase a another Toyota (another Highlander), the choice was obvious. Dave treated you like a friend and was respectful of our wants and needs. He was not pushy and allowed us to purchase the car on our own terms. Service Department - Consistently good experiences with the service department. Gets you in and out as quickly as possible and they know you by name. Amir and Bill are both great guys to work with. Any time I've had issues in the past, they were able to work with me in resolving to my satisfaction. Friendliness Sales Department - Sales experience here is the same as any other dealership. I was greeted immediately the moment I walked on the lot, but I was allowed to browse without having to feel like someone looking over my shoulder. Only difference between here and other past sales experience is the sales manager never came up to my wife and I to thank us for our continued business. Service Department - Greets you by name and whenever any major work needs to be done, good at explaining what needs to be done and why. Always made to feel like you're dealing with friends and family. Quality of Work Service Department - Never had to go back to get anything redone. Good job of letting us know ahead of time of scheduled maintenance. Price Sales Department - Pricing was very fair and very competitive (crossed checked prices with Edmunds and Dealership website). Negotiations was straightforward done over the phone. Service Department - Price quoted is comparable to other dealerships. Out of the relationship with Amir and Bill, I prefer bringing all of my cars here. Customer Service Sales Department - Show room was okay. Waiting area with coffee and soda. Sales people friendly and courtesy. Dave called a few days after we purchased the vehicle as follow up and to thank us again for our business. Just got the call today that our tags were in and could be picked up. Service Department - Waiting area with snacks and sodas. As mentioned before, in and out in a timely manner. Always explained what was being done, along with the why and exact cost (Have had times where total cost was less than quoted). More
