The eternal Oil Change I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service center I was told that my car could not be seen for an hour o I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived at the service center I was told that my car could not be seen for an hour or more. It took over two hours to get my oil change with an appointment. Unacceptable! More

Fast and competent Technicians. I own a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser that was purchased new from the Toyota dealer near me in Maryland. I heard that Newark Toyota had an excellent after ma I own a 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser that was purchased new from the Toyota dealer near me in Maryland. I heard that Newark Toyota had an excellent after market department that sold , installed and serviced quality aftermarket parts for my FJ ( ARB, WARN, IPF ) . I recently had my vehicle at another Toyota dealer for service and they informed me that the vehicle needed an Alignment. The vehicle was making a banging noise in the front end after the alignment so I bought it back to the dealer and was told that the Brake parts had stretched and it's "Normal" . I obviously lost all faith in this dealership and called NWT and scheduled and appointment. The service writer was very friendly and helpful and after a few hours the technician found the culprit. The tech at the other Toyota dealer neglected to tighten the passenger side camber/caster jam nut. Newark Toyota will be servicing my Toyota from now on. More
