Bruce was a pleasure to work with and did everything that he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. Bruce's communication through out the process was exemplary - keeping us posted regarding the availability of the 2016 Avalons and locating just the right car. Rodney was also outstanding, filling in if/when Bruce wasn't available. Thanks! More

Worst experience ever! I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:45am. At 9:30am I inquired about my car since no one had the courtesy to let me know what was going on. I wa I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:45am. At 9:30am I inquired about my car since no one had the courtesy to let me know what was going on. I was told that the technician was slow but just needed to replace a bulb which would be at no cost, and another 5-10 minutes. The supposed bulb took another half an hour, and after inquiring two more times my car was finally brought to me. They did not charge for the oil change, but I was reprimanded at work for being late to my 10am meeting. The $47 oil change also did not make up for the time I lost at work. I called to report this issue. The service manager was not available but I spoke to someone else. That was the end of it. I didn't even receive a call from the service manager with an apology. Absolutely horrid experience. More
