They simply refilled the ai Recently I had a flat tire. As the 10k service was nearing left the car for service and specially mentioned the flat tire. They simply refilled the air and did a 10k service. When I asked during delivery then promised there is no issue in the tire. After coming home next day faced same flat tire then found a iron piece in car tire. Took it back and had to replace the tire on second visit. It was a very careless service even after clear mentioning the flat tire, they never bothers to check it. I found it by just going over the tire by moving the car slowly. Got a irresponsible answer from the representative as well. More
Poor time management and lousy service I had an appointment to get my car fixed. I was not called to inform me that a two hour wait for a tire rotation was in effect. No, instead I drove t I had an appointment to get my car fixed. I was not called to inform me that a two hour wait for a tire rotation was in effect. No, instead I drove there to be "honestly informed" that it was a 90 minute wait. After I complained it turned into 2 hours. I came back the next day. I had a shuttle take me over to the gym. They were late I getting me there. This time it was over two hours. I do not know what has happened to this place. But it is terribly managed. One time they pulled this with me I spoke to a manager with no avail. I asked to go over his head and guess what I received? A voice mail with no response. They kind of have me cause it's the closest option. They did all of this fancy remodeling and now.... you have a room to wait and wait... over two hours for an appointment for a lousy oil change or tire rotation. I think my next car won't be a Toyota.o More
My First New Car I did not have any intention of purchasing a car the day I went to the dealership. I wanted to see what options I had first. After speaking with Bru I did not have any intention of purchasing a car the day I went to the dealership. I wanted to see what options I had first. After speaking with Bruce Low and the Dave Goodwin, they gave me a deal that I was happy with. Bruce was attentive and kept me in the loop and was straight forward with me. I am and honest person and expect the same in return, which Bruce and Dave did through the whole process. Dave Goodwin was helpful and friendly. He gave me several options and went over everything when it came time to sign the paperwork. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain in detail on areas that I was not clear with. I am a happy customer! More

Recent Tundra Checkup I purchased my 2012 Tundra from Toyota World a few years ago. I have owned many different trucks, of different makes over the years. The one thing tha I purchased my 2012 Tundra from Toyota World a few years ago. I have owned many different trucks, of different makes over the years. The one thing that I appreciate about Toyota in general and Newark Toyota World specifically is that they are organized, on time, get the work done AND the price quoted is the final price for the work. I have had other makes where the $99.99 special turns out to be waay more for questionable maintenance. It's tough to trust any service department anymore and I trust the Toyota guys. And Rachel was a joy to deal with as well. A great experience overall and I will be back. And this is a "true" review, not from a robot! More
