She immediately surveyed the reason for bringing the car in, assured me that it would be ready at an appointed time, and arranged for a shuttle to take me home and return me to the service center when my car was ready for pickup. Dacia was quite knowledgeable and confidently assisted me . After speaking with her, I knew that my car would be well taken care of, and when went to get my car, I was not disappointed. I went to the service manager, who looked up my car on his computer. I don't know what he saw on his screen, but his eyebrows shot up in alarm. He walked briskly to the garage, and returned shortly with a promise that I'd be done in 20 minutes. Newark Toyota World is consistently like this.
