Oil requested not put in car I was in for an oil change on Friday, January 8, 2016. I requested that synthetic oil be put in my 2010 Toyota Corolla as I have been doing for the l I was in for an oil change on Friday, January 8, 2016. I requested that synthetic oil be put in my 2010 Toyota Corolla as I have been doing for the last two years. I was informed that conventional oil was put in my car by mistake. Not only that, but conventional oil was put in my car at the previous oil change, and I drove it for 10,000 miles thinking I had synthetic oil. I am very disappointed that this mistake happened twice! I called on Monday, Jan. 11 to speak to the service manager and didn't receive a return call as he couldn't be located when I called. More

Our assistant service manager Colleen Consalo very very personable and informative about everything that was being done throughout the entire process. She is definitely an asset to your company and should be rewarded as such. Hopefully she is a trainer for new customer service reps as she would be an excellent candidate for that. Every time my husband and I come to have our Corolla & Tacoma serviced I think the atmosphere and service could not be any better but you continue to push ahead to please us. It's always worth the extra money to have your vehicles serviced at the dealerships. Thank You and make sure you hold onto Colleen. More

Transmission fluid exchange My car did not have 50,000 miles yet, but during a recent check up on a separate issue, the Service Adviser called me after the mechanic inspection th My car did not have 50,000 miles yet, but during a recent check up on a separate issue, the Service Adviser called me after the mechanic inspection that I needed to have a "WS Transmission Fluid Exchange" service. Since I do not have much knowledge about cars, I agreed to have this service done which costed me $308. When I went to pick up my car, I checked the Toyota service schedule. On the schedule, the recommended timeline for this "WS Transmission Fluid Exchange" service is at 90,000 miles. I also checked the spot test of the transmission oil, it did not look bad. I think I could have waited at least another few years before this service is needed. I think the mechanic and the service adviser were not honest about this service and I was ripped off. More
