A very good service experience ! I arrived with an appointment and was attended to immediately. Wes explained everything fully, and answered any questions I had. I noticed there had been improvements made to the waiting area, and transitional area from the garage to the waiting room. Both areas look much better than before. Wes made a very accurate estimate as to how long the work on my car would take. In fact the work done to my car took less time than I thought it would. Over all, a very good service center experience ! More
It's freezing and my window is stuck..down! I arrived without an appointment knowing that it was "booked" and knowing I didn't want to spend much because my Highlander Hybrid has almost 200,000 I arrived without an appointment knowing that it was "booked" and knowing I didn't want to spend much because my Highlander Hybrid has almost 200,000 miles! I was accommodated immediately and further consulted about my options. Both the service manager, assistant, and the specific technician were kind enough to answer several question I had. Everyone was pleasant, patient, and professional. Good experience. More

They took care of my unexpected car problem the same evening even th The staff and service manager were very attentive and caring towards my concerns. They took care of my unexpected car problem the same evening even though I did not have an appointment. Since this is my only means of transportation, I was relieved to get my car repaired that night even though I arrived at approximately 5:45pm. Colleen Consalo and Bill Chaffee were great!!! And so too must be the mechanic behind the scenes because my car has been running very well since the repair. Colleen's and Bill's positive attitudes made me feel at ease. The next morning, I purchased and brought them a dozen donuts as a thank you. It turns out that channel 12 TV was filming at Duck Donuts that morning. The news person asked me if I liked their donuts and what brought me there that morning. I told the news person that the people at Newark Toyota were so great the night before that I was bringing them a thank you gift of donuts. More
