Nicely done Car went nuts with a freaky light show and wouldn't start. Had to have it towed, get a rental, and be at the PHI airport in time for an 11:15 am flig Car went nuts with a freaky light show and wouldn't start. Had to have it towed, get a rental, and be at the PHI airport in time for an 11:15 am flight. Got to the dealership with the tow truck at 9:30 am and I was out the door with my car being looked at and a rental by 10:15 am. Made the flight (private plane) with 3 minutes to spare. Thanks for working so quickly to get me out of there =) More

I walked in waited by my car, then a guy pulls in behind me, goes inside, and a service attendant comes out with him and tells me someone will be right with me. I ask him is it the policy that you do not wait on customers in the order of their arrival, even when they have an appointment . I was told, well the guy came inside so i had to wait on him. At that point i said here we go again, nothing has changed. To my rescue came Geoffrey or Jeff with the G. At that point things changed. He asked for the opportunity to show me how service had changed for the better. I shared previous experiences with service the, good, the bad, the worse. Within 35 minutes, i was in and out. That was a first. Thanks for new management in your service department. I hope it will continue. More

A very good service experience ! I arrived with an appointment and was attended to immediately. Wes explained everything fully, and answered any questions I had. I noticed there had I arrived with an appointment and was attended to immediately. Wes explained everything fully, and answered any questions I had. I noticed there had been improvements made to the waiting area, and transitional area from the garage to the waiting room. Both areas look much better than before. Wes made a very accurate estimate as to how long the work on my car would take. In fact the work done to my car took less time than I thought it would. Over all, a very good service center experience ! More
