Service time was not too long; advisor assisted in researching problem with obtaining SMS and emails on the Entune system - bit found out that my Motorola is not compatible with the Entune I have, Only issue was the truck was not washed as promised to do. The advisor arranged for it get done before I left. Had the same issue the prior visit. More

I have worked with Eric before when purchased my last vehicle and he is the only person I worked with for this purchase. He is always a great help with finding me my ideal car and he was able to negotiate a great price. He set me up with Dacia Letts at the Service Center. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful with installing my remote start. I dropped off my car to her in the morning and was able to pick it up after work. She gave me a demo of my new "toy" and i left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Eric and Dacia to anyone buying or servicing a car! More

Derrick Mckie greeted me at the door and immediately took my truck back! I was in and out the in an hiur and a half, with out an appointment. I got my truck back and ut ran better than the day i purchased it! Couldnt say thanks enough for the great customer service displayed by Derrick. He kept me informed throughout the process of my truck being fixed! He went iut of his way to ensure my vehicle was back up and running and even took a test drive with me to make sure the problem was fixed! This is the type of service that will keep customers coning back! Excellent job Derrick! More

The customer reps very very friendly, they took my car in and gave me a rental for the time period that they needed to get the parts and fix my car. As soon as it was fixed, they called me. Everything went very smooth and I couldn't be happier. I would definitively recommend them. I had to speak to 4-5 employees during the entire process and all of them were very nice. More

A few glitches, but overall extremely dedicated team The sale was pretty smooth, but then when I brought the car back for some add-ons and body work (all arranged at the sale) the salesmen had some famil The sale was pretty smooth, but then when I brought the car back for some add-ons and body work (all arranged at the sale) the salesmen had some family health issues to deal with and was unavailable. While he had tried to communicate these arrangements to other team members before departing, the message was somehow lost somewhere causing a great deal of confusion. I must say though that everyone, including my salesman bent over backwards to try to solve it and make everything right and that is what really matters. In the end, the job was done very professionally. More
