He is always a great help with finding me my ideal car and he was able to negotiate a great price. He set me up with Dacia Letts at the Service Center. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful with installing my remote start. I dropped off my car to her in the morning and was able to pick it up after work. She gave me a demo of my new "toy" and i left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Eric and Dacia to anyone buying or servicing a car! More

He went iut of his way to ensure my vehicle was back up and running and even took a test drive with me to make sure the problem was fixed! While he had tried to communicate these arrangements to other team members before departing, the message was somehow lost somewhere causing a great deal of confusion. I must say though that everyone, including my salesman bent over backwards to try to solve it and make everything right and that is what really matters. In the end, the job was done very professionally. More
