Very Poor Service Your service department consist of one person Bill Chaffee, he is the only person that I can trust to follow through on any issues that I have.Since 2 Your service department consist of one person Bill Chaffee, he is the only person that I can trust to follow through on any issues that I have.Since 2003 when I purchased my first vehicle, and 4 cars since, I have noticed a drop off in the way my cars and myself have been treated. Again, when Bill is not present I do not have a the same confidence that used to be a trademark of your organization. I have spoken recently to Mike Childers about these issues, and he has assured me that these problems would be corrected, I am sorry to say that I do not share his confidence. My Son recently has traded in the 2006 Scion TC which I owned for 10 years, for a 2016 Mazda CX-5, and I am driving a 2013 Rav 4, with a lease that will be finished in 10 months. If I do not begin to see improvement in a service department that used to be second to none, I will be purchasing my next car from another dealership. More

Feel I was over charged, Immediate up sell. Excessive wait! HI, Brought my car in after a request for service indicator. As it did not have sufficient mileage for an oil change they told me that it would on HI, Brought my car in after a request for service indicator. As it did not have sufficient mileage for an oil change they told me that it would only need a tire rotation and toping off of fluids. I was immediately told that the tires were somewhat in need of an alignment. Up sell!!!!!!!!!!! The car has 13,000 miles on it. Then, since it only needed a tire rotation it would only be, at most, a half hour. One and a half hours later it was done. I had a coupon for the oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off. The coupon was for $39.95. I was charged $24.95. Since I had a coupon for $39.95 I must believe that the oil change would be $15.00. I really don't think so. Was I over charged for a simple tire rotation and why would it take well over an hour? No, I am not a happy camper. More

Was experiencing a whistling noise on the driver's side over a certain MPH and the service team researched the issue, contacted Toyota to consult with their engineers, and the service manager himself became involved with resolving the issue because of it's unusual nature. Have always enjoyed going to this service branch of Toyota because of the quality of service. More
