Highly Recommended I purchased my Camry new at Newark Toyota World and it has been serviced there exclusively for the entire 3 years that I have owned it. In that time, I purchased my Camry new at Newark Toyota World and it has been serviced there exclusively for the entire 3 years that I have owned it. In that time, I have found their service staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything has always been spelled up front for me without exception, whether it be the work to be done or the costs involved. Their hours are very convenient (open 7 days and evenings) and I would say their scheduling system is very good because it never takes very long to get checked in and on your way if you are dropping off. If you are waiting, their estimated turnaround time is accurate to better than, and the new waiting area is very roomy and comfy to hang out in. I will continue patronizing their service center as they have always met my expectations. Particular kudos go out to Henry, Jacob and Cheryl. More

Time used wisely & effieciently. The work was completed so quickly I should have just stayed there rather than have someone pick me up. The employee who assisted me was prepared and guide me through the information needed. When I went to pick up the car she was extremely helpful walking me out to the car to make sure every thing worked to my satisfaction. I noticed a couple of nice details: 1) Each inspection bay has a digital clock to keep track of the time it takes to work on a specific ca,r and 2) On the the waiting area, the volume on the TV sets has been turned down to a comfortable level and it is now possible to read or speak on the phone if you are not interested in watching. My service manager came out to my car so I could show him what was wrong with the BlueTooth system. The wait was a bit long to pick up my car and I would have been "wowed" if they presented me with a shiny, clean car by running my salt covered car through the car wash. More
