Routine Maintenance My service advisor was nice and knew his stuff. He answered all questions I had and had me in and out in a timely manner. I came in without an appoint My service advisor was nice and knew his stuff. He answered all questions I had and had me in and out in a timely manner. I came in without an appointment and they got it done pretty fast. The shuttle service is really good and the driver is super nice and polite. The only thing I didn't like was that when I was picking up my car I was wondering around not knowing where to go and no one seemed to notice. I stood at my advisors desk for 10 minutes while multiple advisors passed by not asking if I was being helped or not. More

Oil change, tire rotation and recall work Great place for routine maintenance. Convenient to make online appointments and have well trained dedicated staff ready as you drive in the bay. Everyone treated me well and service was performed quickly while I waited in the comfortable lounge area. I only had one bad experience last year during an unscheduled visit. I sometimes have issues with hypoglycemia and during my visit out of nowhere I experienced the mother of all anxiety / panic attacks and I think I briefly passed out. When I regained composure the service advisor gave me disgusted look like I was crazy creep and walked off without any regard to my well being. I understand it was probably a creepy experience for her and its all water under the bridge now. Sometimes people behave in small minded ways because the have a limited ability to properly perceive what's happening. I don't let those individuals define who I am. More

Terible service for pick up and communications and rude !!! Morning I did verified the details for my pick up and corrected the address in the system with person name Jamar . Pick up time was scheduled for 3:00 Morning I did verified the details for my pick up and corrected the address in the system with person name Jamar . Pick up time was scheduled for 3:00 P.M. I had to call and ask for pick up at 4:04, 5:28 & 5.56 P.M to pick me up from the job every time they said someone would be there to pick me up in 20 to 30 mint. but no one came to pick me up. I heard that the driver had a wrong no that he was trying to call that's why it happen. After talking in a big discussion Jamar gave me a discount of $20 with apologize !!! I am looking to get some other maint work done in my car but now it makes me think where should I go for it since we have only 1 dealer in Newark de. I am looking forward to hear from you, what can you do for me to come back !!! More
